So easy - should have used earlier!
Bought two kits to fix two leaking shed roofs. Wow, so easy to use. Great service too - one of the aerosol glues had leaked and was quickly replaced by the seller. I wished I had fixed the roofs with this product earlier (ie a few years ago) - so much better than patching them up with felt. Highly recommend.

Does the job but....
Having paid a professional to re-cover a workshop roof with EPDM a few years ago and being charged hundreds of pounds for it, I decided to try my hand at applying it to a small 4x6 shed. It came within a day of my ordering it and included were two enormous aerosol cans of contact adhesive and a tube of silicone adhesive. Having read previous reviews of people not having enough adhesive, well they must have bathed in the stuff is all I can say! However that was my main problem. When I had the workshop covered I noticed the builder used water based glue that he applied with a roller that gave a nice even coat. He then waited a few minutes before laying out the rubber but it still moved a bit and he had time to brush it flat afterwards. The aerosol shot stuff out like silly string and getting it to cover all the surface in anything like an even coat was almost impossible and I managed to get it onto the lawn below and almost everywhere else. And when it came to putting the rubber onto the roof it stuck instantly and I had to pull like mad to get it to move again. You have to have it in exactly the place you need it to be before allowing it to bond. The instructions are to do the roof in two halves, but I'd say to do a smaller area or you could find yourself stuck under the stuff. That being said the finished job doesn't look bad. Oh, there are one or two small ripples that show mainly in the sunlight, but it does look far better than I imagined it would as I wrestled with the stuff. Were I to do it again I'd use water based adhesive and not try and cover such a large area at once. But we've had some heavy rain since I did the job and the shed definitely doesn't leak. So I may not have to ever use EPDM again. The EPDM supplied in this kit is good but the adhesive supplied isn't what I'd advise beginners to use.

Insufficient Glue and Lifetime Warranty Worthless
Ordered on 18th August 2019 and arrived as promised two days later. Full marks.Came with only 2 large aerosols of adhesive, but thanks to another poster I was forewarned and purchased 3 more. I used four in the end on a 7ft x 6ft monoslope roof.I also found the instructions disappointing with regard to detail about the external corners. The material is a rubber membrane and easy to cut, but despite using lots of adhesive I ended up with loads of air bubbles. It was a warm day and when the temperature cools these disappear but return when the roof becomes warm again. The "lifetime" warranty only covers the material and the seller charges an inspection fee to cover the time and travel involved. Refunded if the material is shown to be defective, but the inspector isn't independent. So if you make a warranty claim and it isn't upheld you end up further out of pocket. Might be worth something with a large job, but for sheds forget it.Bearing in mind the cost is about three times that of shed roofing felt, I'm dubious about this product for small applications. However my shed is now dry, but I wonder how long this will really last.

Once in a lifetime shed roof waterproofing.
Very easy to fit (by two people). Clean of old felt and remove any clout nails. Brush down and spread rubber roof over shed. Fasten at apex on one side (I used a pair of grips). Fold other side back over itself and spray the 'mastic' on the roof and rubber material evenly - allow a few minutes to become dry - then simply, quickly, but carefully roll the material down the roof, making sure it does not develop bubbles by pulling it as you go. (This has to be done quickly as the glue grips virtually instantly). Repeat same for other side. It took less than two hours from start to finish to complete our 7'x5' shed. Totally waterproof now and looks a treat.

The roofing membrane arrived very promptly and was very easy to fit
The roofing membrane arrived very promptly and was very easy to fit, I did it in 12in widths across the roof as I found any wider and I was standing on the adhesive
