This is a great assortment of rivet-nuts for making blind threaded inserts. I have used a bunch of the M4 and a few of the M6 inserts and am very pleased with the results. The ability to use real bolts and machine screws instead of sheet metal screws means that the results are professional looking and should last a very long time.Price was great, quality is top notch. Will definitely look for this item when I need to restock my parts!

Let me tell ya a little about the Joy of Rivnuts. If you have been a projector welding nuts to the backs of sheet metal/clamping surfaces for all these years, boy are you in for a surprise. These little bad boys are nasty efficient. They hold up great, and make any project scientifically 9.3 times easier. Just make sure you get yourself a nice Riveter.

For the little project I needed them for. They crushed and set themselves easily. Wanted to add a heavy duty basket to a bike rack that the ebike came with. It just didn't have any mounting holes. A drill, these and a rivet nut tool did the trick. And I can unmount the basket as needed. Not sure I will ever worry about rusting, but I bought these to help mitigate that issue.

I use this every now and then and it works fine for what it is . Would buy it again !

I used these on my Honda unibody frame to create points on which to fasten a catalytic converter anti-theft cage. They installed easily and worked well.
