I love these cooling towels for a workout! They absorb sweat on their own, if I want to use them dry. Or I can wet one and it has a soothing, cooling effect. When it warms up, I can shake it out - as recommended - and it actually feels cool again. These can also be prepared ahead of time, placed in the plastic pouches, and refrigerated to make them even cooler.These are amazing and I can't see getting through another workout without one! Would also work well for activities like hiking or beach days.The pouches have a strong zip top seal, but it's only 1 layer. I would only place the wet towel in this, not fill it with water.The colors are as shown on the screen.
