Dog Cooling Mat, No Need to Freeze Or Refrigerate This Cool Pet Pad Cat Mats- Keep Your Pet Cool, Machine Washable.

It's ok..but not as cool as advertised.

This does get cool; not sure how. It's very thin, so my dog needs a pad under it to be comfortable.

My dog will lay on it. It’s slightly cool to the touch but I was expecting more, like a gel that might be touch activated and a little cooler. Not ice pack cool, but something similar. Oh well.

I put this in my baby substitute's house this summer when the temperatures got over 80° and as high as 110°. And before you think I'm a horrible mother, my Baby Charlie lived outdoors in the heat of Mexico for the first 3 yrs of his life. He cries, whines and shakes if he's indoors and the temp is over 90°. He HATES the indoors in general. So he has his very own sturdy "condo" with this cooling mat inside AND his very own wading pool on his shaded deck. I try to keep the cooling mat in his house, but he scratches it out of his dog house and and onto the deck. When when I go home for lunch or for the day, I'll find the neighborhood kitties are laying on it. He understands KS Kitties are not acclimated to the blistering heat of Mexico, so he shares.Washing: I will toss his treats inside the dog house and onto the cooling mat with the hope that he realizes how nice and cool it is, and he'll stay on it. Some of his treats leave a greasy residue on the mat. Simply spraying with Shout prior to washing in regular laundry detergent in a cold wash gets the grease right out. I have no complaints! (Not do the cats)

Not as cool as I thought it'd get. My puppy didn't like it as much as the gel cooling pads. She is a pomeranian and gets hot very easily and likes it cold.

Living in Florida you get a little warm on those daily walks! Jack has been on his cooling blanket since I opened it! Now I need another one to keep in the car! Wish I would've gone with the larger one!

First blush: my cat enjoys her bed a bit more.I bought this to make their orthopedic bed more comfortable for the summer. Before now, they often slept on marble kitchen floors (they hate being in the rooms with air conditioners).The smallest sized mat fits their bed very well. The material is thinner than I expected, but my cat likes it, so I'm not complaing.

I bought this thinking it was like other cooling pads I had purchased for my other dogs in the past, but I was very much mistaken. The fabric is very thin and a quilted stitch so it gives the illusion of being a thicker pad or blanket for your canine friend. The choice of material makes it feel like it's cool to the touch but once you put the weight of a body on it, it doesn't feel cool or cooling. It's the width of 2 sheets of quilt stitched together with a silky/sateen edge around it like a potholder would have. I do not recommend it, there are better choices for the same cost.

I bought this heating pad back in 2019. I had it plugged in 24/7 with zero issues until 2022! My cat was obsessed and would use it every day for sleeping on. It was especially good when I was away at work.BUT!After a few years, my cat's tummy fur started falling out and she had a big pink bald spot. I had to stop using it, since it was the cause. Once I stopped, it has grown back again, and now I only use it sparingly as a treat.

I bought this heating pad for my geriatric cat who has arthritis. I’ve had it now for 5 full months and it’s still working. The heat is not distributed equally among the pad. Sometimes I’ll turn it on and only one half of the pad is hot, the next day I’ll turn it on and the whole pad is heated. The edges are never warm. My cat is a male cat and back in his younger years he was massive. The small pad fits him great. Even tho the heating pad distributes heat randomly amongst the pad, it is still always hot. He absolutely loves it and spends 90% of his day on it. It puts him in a deep relaxing sleep.

It does warm up as expected but it does not have important safety features, so I returned it.The pad gets warm on both sides which is a waste of energy and could be a fire hasard if it sits on something flamable. The temperature is too high, my cat doesn't enjoy it, and it can't be adjusted. Therefore I had to return it. I bought an electric pad several years ago for my dog and that one gets warm only on one side and the temperature ranges from 75F to 95F.

Elle commençait à avoir des problèmes d'articulations et de digestion . mon vétérinaire a suggéré de lui acheté un coussin chauffant pour lui faciliter la vie un peu plus avec certains suppléments .. J'ai consulté les reviews et j'ai aimé le fait qu'il semblait très sécuritaire ..et ce n'est pas de la camelotte . il est bien conçus , fil de branchement de qualité housse lavable .. Je voulais être certain de pouvoir laissé l'esprit en paix sans foutre le feu .. À peine reçus , déballé et branché ..le coussin à tout de suite été adopté ...mission accomplie !

The pad heats up quickly and it's not overly hot. Still warm enough. The cover really thin so might get worm out faster. I wish there is an on/off switch instead of pulling the plug each time to to turn off the pad. My cat uses this pas in the evening when it gets a bit colder.
