Does cut sound
We stock two packs on ceiling above our basement TV - 4 long rows.It is not evident to line up the tiles. It might very well be us, but it seems the tiles are not perfectly square. We did not notice until too late. They do stick well once pressed. Which brings another issue. If you don't use a roller for applying even pressure, tiles will not stick evenly. After a few days, this is evident as we now have kind of a wave going. ;(We think it is mostly due to us. So we won't take more than one star off. They do absorb some sound. They work. The installation has to be done much better than what we've managed to do.Do not rush it is the best advice we can give.

Super easy to install!
I've been installing a lot of acoustic treatment over the last month and I have to say, these panels went up easier than just about any other product. Now, these panels aren't thick acoustic treatments- they are just enough to cover open spaces. They look very neat. The panels are accurately sized and fit together nicely. They are easy to trim with a sharp razor. The best thing about them is the pre-installed self-adhesive. This is a huge time saver. Using spray-on rubber cement works. Double-sided sticky tape mostly works, but takes a long time. These panels are a refreshing alternative. Peel and stick. Boom. This means a lot when you are installing hundreds of panels. The panels arrive in typical Amazon packaging- a cardboard box with a bunch of air cells. The panels are stacked and wrapped in plastic. Inside the outer wrapping of plastic that encases each stack of twelve panels, each panel is also individually wrapped. In my opinion, this is a bit of overkill and wastes a lot of plastic. That said, these are good-looking, easy to install, acoustic treatments. They are thin, but they are a pleasant way of covering bare walls!

Nice sound tile that works, but....
Theses are nice panels, but have some issues.PROS:1. Great adhesion2. Professional design3. Easy to cut with sharp knife4. Helped with sound reflection and tightened up soundÇONS1. Inconsistent coloring per panel boxes. Bought 4 boxes and there were 3 different shades. Doesn't look great with lights up, but ok with dimmed lights2. Sizing of squares in some panels do not match other panelsThey should get the coloring right at least. I suggest pulling from multiple boxes when installing to deal with the tonal variations. I originally bout 2 boxes and installed them, then bought 2 more and there is a definitive color difference half way up my wall. Disappointing for sure.
