This thing is amazing best tape I ever bought I like the quality and the markings are perfect and don't fade off and the holes make cleaning easy just hit with air line and no more dust to sand the numbers off

It's a poorly plated plastic. Stay away.

Water proof, not great in rain
Used in the rain once, the water seemed to clog it up. It would not retract back easy, then when giving it some help, the metal bent and it was all over from there.
