Intuitive. Compact. Sturdy.
This thing is a bit smaller than I thought, BUT I LOVE IT. It fits in this snug little spot in my room. It doesn't take up a lot of real estates but it's great. Everything is EXTREMELY intuitive. I leave it there, i step on it, it tells me my weight. It doesn't get better than that. It works. And it looks really nice. It has very high quality feels to it. I can hop on it and I can abuse it, but it's still working. I'm a very light person, (119lb) and I really enjoy that when I step on it, it automatically sends it to my phone. I thought that was neat. I can share it with my friends if I want to. Very nice touch on the consistency too. I'm 119 lb whether I like it or not. I've tried doing the "scale dance" to see if it'll shift the weight. Nope. I'm 119 lb.

Accurate Scale; App Needs Work
This is the best digital scale I've used, as it consistently reads the same weight. Previous digital scales I've had show different weights after a matter of seconds. Step on, step off, and back on, and I would have gained or lost weight. I had switched to an analog scale for a few years, but I decided to give this digital scale a try. I stepped on the analog scale and then this DIKI scale, and I weighed about 2 pounds higher on the digital scale. The reason for 4 stars is the app. I began using the scale and app in December 2017. After the new year, the graph has gone backwards. I'll try to explain what I mean. The default graph is a bar graph; however, the months don't include a year, so January 2018 shows first on the bar graph - before December 2017. The app allows to view the data as a line graph, which also shows 2018 before 2017. This makes it impossible to see weight loss/gain trends accurately.I don't know how accurate the other info is, but it's nice to see. The only thing the scale shows is weight. You will have to use the app to see your muscle, moisture, bone mass, BMR, visceral fat, protein rate, body age, standard weight, weight control, body fat, weight without fat, muscle weight, the amount of protein, and degree of obesity. As I said, I cannot vouch for the accuracy of those measurements.

Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So Far!!
What a wonderful upgrade from my old scale. Admittedly, I didn’t like what I saw because sometimes, ignorance is pure bliss. You won’t have the sweet unknown with this scale. You’ll have cold hard facts to motivate and spur you on to do much better. I just got this thing two hours ago and am already making plans to improve my numbers. The setup was a dream. In fact, it set itself up. It just showed up in my Bluetooth list as something called SWAN. I’ll update you later on the functionality, life, and usage.

Broke After 1.5 Years
I enjoyed this scale and liked that it connected to the app on my phone. Some of the data seemed inaccurate from time to time, and I could tell the app was not written by native english speakers due to the poor grammar. But I overall enjoyed it and my weight tracking was reliable.I bought this about a year and a half ago and used it every morning to track my weight. However, recently it broke - one morning it said I weighed drastically different and it continues to do so (about 10 lbs less than my actual weight). It would be great if this came with a warranty so I could get a replacement scale.

Great inexpensive smart scale
This is definitely a China product. The instructions are written in slightly choppy/broken English. They're still understandable, but it's obvious. The app has some of the broken English also, but seems to function well. I have a Alcatel Idol 4 phone and it synced perfectly. We couldn't get it to sync to my hubby's zte blade x max, but I'm not sure if that's an issue with his phone or the scale, or just user error. I made sure my phone was not synced any longer, tried restarting everything, etc, and still no luck. But, we set up a profile for him on my phone (along with myself and 3 of our 4 kids) and he can see his stats that way. I don't think the app is compatible with any other fitness apps, so we're not missing out on any functionality there. The scale itself seems to be fairly accurate in terms of weight. It has a baby mode, and since we just took my youngest for her 1 year checkup, a week ago we tested her. It was within a about 5 ounces of the doctor's scale (but it has been a week and naturally she should have gained at least a little bit). We also have a regular scale that we tested it with, and for everyone else, they come within 1 pound of each other.I love that I can track each of my children's stats. 2 out of 3 of them have feet that are too small to reach the parts needed to track the other things, but weight is enough for me. But my 9 year old who wears a kid size 4 has feet long enough to reach all 4 pads and get read properly.I found the metabolic rate helpful for knowing a guideline for what my caloric intake should be each day. Assuming that I stay under that rate each day, I should be able to lose weight by using that guideline. It also gives other interesting stats like water/hydration level, protein level, etc.Overall, I'd recommend this as a fairly inexpensive smart scale. I don't know how it will perform long term though. It's small and compact and easily fits under the sink for storage. It also must definitely supports the plus-plus size person near the upper weight limit. It didn't even make a noise when the heaviest one of us stepped on!

App crashes after update, history lost and scale falls short
After an app upgrade the app started crashing and would no longer open. This was not an isolated case. It's been over a week and the app is still down. Without the ability to open the app all your history is lost and the scale becomes a basic old fashion scale that only displays weight. This scale has a small platform and seemed to small to step on and is made of plastic. I returned it and bought a great (more accurate) quality glass top replacement. I did a lot of research after this hassle and now know this scale falls short in many ways.

Best scale I ever had
The scale was delivered very quickly and I tried it as soon as it arrived. It is easy to use. You just need to put 4 x AAA+ batteries in, which are supplied with the scale. Just with the batteries you can weight your body weight by stepping on the scale. However, this scale offers a lot more readings and not only measures your weight but also bone mass, BMR, visceral fat, protein rate, weight without fat, the degree of obesity, muscle weight, moisture, etc. To do this and to get customisable readings depending on the user, you need to install an app called AlFit. At first I tried to find it on the apple store but could not find it. But a manual is also provided with the scale, where you can find a QR code for iOS and android to download the AlFit app. This app is where the readings from the scale will show up after connecting the bluetooth on the phone and stepping on the scale. It will ask you to complete your profile with your name, date of birth, height and gender and after a few seconds all the readings will show up on the app. You have to weight yourself barefoot as the scale uses electrodes to be able to give all these readings. One of my favourite measurements is the body age, as according to all the readings the app tells you whether your body looks younger or older and for me it came up to be a few years younger, so that was very flattering.I am very impressed with this scale and I find it to be very complete as it gives you lots of readings to control your weight and health. Very happy to recommend it.

If I wanted to just weigh myself I could by a scale for a sixth of the price
I am nowhere near the maximum weight and, though the bluetooth is connected just fine, i get err1 every time I try to get any measurement other than weight. I have tried almost 100 times now (kid you not) and every time has been for the correct time length with my feet on the pads. I cannot find any information on this issue in the booklet provided or on the internet. Terrible product.

Doesn't work without App and App is unreliable and takes up a lot of memory
Disappoined with these scales. It required a app to be downloaded and I didn't have that function on the phone I used. When I bought a new phone, I found the app would take up a lot of memory on the phone, so I would have to uninstall it. Recently tried downloading it again but you can't access it using your past login. Also many complain about its unreliability, large memory uptake and need for unneccessary access to data/area/information on your phone. Without the app, all you can access is your weight in Kg or lbs.

I did like it
I did like these scales, a simple clean design with a bright clear digital display and the App worked quite well on the phone. Unfortunately I had to return it as it couldn't be used by the whole family as they all don't have smart phones (nor want one). Whilst it can be used on it's own to read in kgs, it cannot be changed to stones/pounds. I bought a Tanita instead which is prefect.
