Have had machine for 3 months now. Still working great. Shipping was a bit of a pain but that was due to Covid and trying to get it to Canada. Machine does what it says and makes good ice cream. A little bit of a learning curve to get things going. Only had one issue when it was running and wouldn't dispense one side. Not sure why it happened but worked fine next use. Came with a few spare parts. The O-rings break fairly easy and am working on ordering more. Seller was helpful during shipping and answered questions promptly.Overall a decent machine for the price. Bought it for the price and the 120V plug. Most others have 220V which would have required an electrician. Used only for personal use.

Early review, it has only been one week. Packaged very well with styrofoam and wooden crate. Easy to put together and startup, about 20 minutes for first batch. Manual was not real clear but controls are intuitive and pretty easy to figure out if you you are at all familiar with soft serve machines. Nighttime tempature hold works well at keeping mix at 40 degrees or less. One issue I found after 24 hours was a slight rubber smell, removed back cover and found a loose drive belt that can probably be blamed on shipping. Adjustment of belt was accomplished with a wrench on 4 bolts to tighten. I should have expected this and adjusted before turning on the machine. My only other concern is availability of replacement parts that will wear over time and need to be replaced (seals and auger). I will contact seller and update this review over time. Overall, we are happy with our purchase at this time and plan to buy another in the next few weeks. Updates will follow.

I use this in my Sweets Shop and it runs like a champ! set up was very easy, operations is very easy, clean up is not complicated, and it is very efficient. I am very satisfied with this Soft Serve machine, you cannot find a better product without spending at least twice as much.shipping was easy, even changed the address i needed it delivered to after the purchase with no problems.

This machine was the worst waste of money that I spend for my cafe. It worked for exactly 2 weeks then the machine stopped making ice cream. When when I contacted the vendor about this they are out of China and wanted me to call them at 3 am local to talk to one of their techs. I had to spend 500 dollars to have a refrigeration repair person come down and diagnose the machine turns out the compressor has locked up also turns out the only thing about this machine that is Vevor is the nameplate on the front of the machine everything else is a hodgepodge of parts thrown together. They gave me 1000 dollars to repair the machine with the 500 I already spent the repair company said it was going to be 1500 more fo fix the Machine so in the end I will have paid 2700 for this machine when I get it fixed. For not much more than that I could have bought one of the higher end machines. Whatever you do don't buy this machine it is nothing more than a waste of money.

The ice cream machine came packaged very well - however once unpackaged it appeared it was damaged and possibly a refurbished machine - We were told to use the machine, which it works, but the fact that we paid full price for something that came with visible damage to it is not right. We asked for a discount, which we were offered $100 which is what is being offered for the machine for everyone now.The machine is used for student rewards and faculty and staff activities at a school.Just hoping the machine will work for a long time to get our money's worth out of it.

Got this machine today! So far it's been great! The ice cream has been firm...the hopper stayed to 41 degrees. ...machine is super quiet!
