I love it so much, that I had to have another one.This knife is not the most beautiful, but it stays sharp and completes every task I throw at it. From filleting, trimming a brisket, to trimming and prepping Whole Hog, this is my go to.It's worth more than the price! Comfortable! Reliable! Sharp! I'm glad my butcher recommended it to me.

I don't use it for boning but it's ideal for meat trimming. I had the larger one and wanted a slightly smaller one. Love them both.

Great knife. I use this knife for everything, especially those jobs where you wouldn't want to damage a " good" knife. Sharpens easily.The handle has good grip and is sized for larger hands.
