It seems to work, my breasts had gotten a lot larger for 2 months and taking this seems to have shrunk them back down and eliminated the soreness. It took a few days for the soreness and a couple weeks for the size to reduce.

Was recommended this by a friend who used it along with a 500mg option. Used to help with natural labor and to keep from tearing. Both myself and my friend had a naturally induced labor and neither of us tore. Was it the primrose? Can’t directly say, but it’s two for two so far. I tore with my first so this was pretty surprising to hear I didn’t this time.

These softgels are huge, but very easy to swallow despite the size. I saw some improvement very quickly but after 5-6 weeks the improvement was amazing. I did take 2 per day for a while to speed up the process but this product has been a life saver!

They slowed my hot flashes down but did not eliminate them

This is the first time that I purchased Naturalis Evening Primrose Oil. The product has 1300 mg, which is the dose that I take to keep my Eczema from flaring. Other Evening Primrose capsules that I have tried were difficult to swallow; not so with these. This product is 100% Natural from New Zealand and is a good value. I would highly recommend this product and I personally will continue to use.
