Purchased to treat torn ligaments in my foot. Easy to put on and take off being much more effective than traditional ice packs. Well made with an excellent fit with little or no risk of ‘cold burn’ when using direct from the freezer.

Comfortable, and good fit. I bought it for the heat option. The only complaint is that it doesn't hold the heat for long.

I've been using this twice a day for the last week. It feels well made, it's doing the job I expected and for the price, it seems very good.

Just put this on after about 2.5 hours in freezer.all I can say is that it's bloody cold.it does relieve my pain temporarily while the wrap is cold but long term no.its only a temporary fix....

This is good and easy to wear, however it stays cold for a very short amount of time

I am male and size 10 1/2 shoe and I found it very difficult to get on my foot the first time - It did not want to go over my heel. Once on was very comfortable and did the job.The second time of using was a disaster! I tugged it at the wrong angle and split the seam about 2 inches.Realising that it was my fault and that I could not return damaged goods, I decided to go the whole hog and deliberately split the seam a further 3 inches, thus bypassing my heel.Brilliant! Dead easy to get on and off so will get a lot of use.I am not suggesting that anyone should deliberately damage these, but it worked for me!

Great ice pack

Cold on all parts of foot and ankle. No wet mess.

The product does get really cold. Feels great on the foot. But only last 10 to 15 minutes tops.

It was tight over My ankle. But overall a good product.

This is a great ice pack. I have used it as recommended on the foot but I also used it on other parts of the body. In my case, it stays cold perfectly long. I put it under my back, put my hand in, and even placed it on my hip. Because of the weight of the sleeve, it stayed in place and was cold where I needed it.This does not freeze to the point it is inflexible. Even after weeks in the freezer, it is flexible and easy to put on the foot. It maintains shape on a thin foot or a wide foot. It does not become too tight and provides a gentle compression that keeps the temperature close to the foot. It does not slide off while sleeping.Overall this is a great little ice pack to have around.

This ankle and foot sleeve is perfect for relieving swelling and paint around those areas. It slips on nice and tight to provide some compression without going overboard and strangling your foot. We put it in the freezer prior to use to give it a bit more longevity. So far its held up in the washing machine and the elasticity has not changed from new.
