This is a thick, heavy duty blanket like mat. I was surprised by the weight of it and think it would be good for those who have dogs who are a bit rough on traditional dog beds. It does not have enough padding for my dogs overnight staying in the crate but I do like this for protecting the sofa where they sit or the car seat/floor board. Because of the weight, I have also considered using it as a blanket for my dog who gets extra anxious during thunderstorms. Overall, this is a quality product.

This is a sturdy kennel pad/dog mat. It is made of a thick woven fabric that is actually soft underfoot but quite durable. However, it is a bold claim to be “chewproof” and I would disagree. It is not resilient enough to withstand sharp teeth of a motivated chewer. It does, however ,hold up well to the untrimmed claws of a goldendoodle. It is not quick drying, so I wouldn’t use it outdoors in wet conditions but is heavy duty enough for indoor-outdoor use. For us, it makes a great protective pad for the back of our SUV.

We're using this as an outdoor pad. It feel well made and is heavy. So far has survived scratching and our older collie seems to be enjoying it. While the pad feels thick it's not as padded as I thought it would be though seems find for sleeping and lounging outside.

Excited to receive this June 11 and placed in my 11 month old Dane's kennel. By June 12 the destruction began. Pictures shown are from one side the flip side is just as bad. Very heavy and difficult to clean. Another bed bites the dust. Take a chance if you like, but this one didn't make the cut.

I am absolutely thrilled with this chew-proof crate mat! It's been a game changer for my dog who loves to chew on everything. Our lab pup loves this mat more than any fuzzy ones we have tried. He also has not been able to chew through the corner of this one. I do my best to keep him from chewing it but he is still little and teething so can be sneaky about what he chews on. So far though this may has held up great. I will say though, it is a LOT heavier than I expected. That does make it a tad more difficult to take it with us when we go places. It also makes it harder to clean. It just barely fits in our large top load washer. But I do think it’s well worth it.

I ordered this product for one of my dogs who has issues with normal dog beds. They don't normally last more than a couple hours.This mat is pretty durable. We're on month 2 of usage and it's still in the same shape as day 1. It washes up pretty easily and comes back to the original shape after drying (air drying).It's not as padded as most dog beds, but it takes the chill off from the bare floor or crate bottom. We usually add some additional small blankets that my dog organizes, and things are usually ok.Great durable product.

My dog shredded this immediately. Definitely not worth the price at all. Very thin and NOT durable.
