This fishing line handles very nicely and has good castability. It also holds knots fairly well and is good to work with. It doesn't jump off the spool like other cheap lines, it holds together pretty good. As for abrasion resistance, it does pretty well and doesn't fray or break off as easily as other brands. For the price, it is a very good deal. It is pretty strong for it's tensile rating and breaks at a little above it's weight. I would definitely buy again!

Plenty of line for the price, went on without twisting, and casts smooth. It’s a good spool of line, especially for the money, great value.

This line is great for small spin cast/push button reels. The line is rated at 20lb test with a diameter of a 12lb test + the fluorescent yellow makes it highly visible.

I have several KastKing items that work well but this line is absolute garbage!! I got it in and lined 5 reels and while I was tying the line and pulling the knot tight on the lure it broke. Thought it was just me so I re-tied the lures multiple times and as I pulled the knot tight it broke several times. I cut off some of the line and re-tied it thinking is was just a bad place in the line. My wife and I went to the local ponds and lost several plugs with fish on them and some without! We lost several new plugs just casting them normally! If you are reading this KastKing, this worthless line costed me a small fortune in lost lures and nice fish! YUCK! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Sending this defective trash line back for a refund!! UPDATED 08/08/23. I changed my review to three stars as KastKing sent me a replacement spool at no charge. I am impressed with their customer service, but still not sold on this product. Sending me a cheap spool of line does not make up for the fish and lures I lost from using this product. Not to mention the aggravation.

This line is amazing. Clean, strong, durable and for the set up I use it works perfectly. I recommend it especially for saltwater.

I have caught quite a few red and black drum using this 40 lb mono. Very easy to tie with and haven’t had any break off.
