I got them today and used them this evening works like a charm. The only thing I worry about is cutting the dew nails. I’m scared the protective back is too spaced and I’ll cut the dew nails to short. Otherwise they’re prefect for a Stafford Terrier. She did try to run when I first got them out of box but I’ve only had 1 dog that didn’t mind for her nails to be cut😄

The blade is nice and sharp, and it’s easy to make sure you don’t take off too much of the nail. The light on it is pretty useless in my opinion, especially with dark colored nails. The grinder is a nice touch and helps to eliminate nail splitting.

We have a 10 year old walker hound about 80lbs. A 1 year old retrievervabout 85 lns, and a well over 100 lb 4 year old mastif. They are all rescues. Our babu ( the over 100 lb mastiff lol) was afraid of the light at first lol. He still gets concerned, but if i wait till hes tired, then i can work with him. They are all ok getting clipped, its a really comfortable clipper, only improvement i recommend is to make it open just a bit wider, depending on t*e size/shapevof the nail it cqn be difficult to get the nail into the clipping spot. The light, it should be a requirement on all models. The only one who will allow the grinder is the 1year old. It works great for dulling any sharp items.

I absolutely loved this product other than the fact that the Clippers attached to it were far too big and chunky to use. I have a small dachshund and it was too thick to be able to use the clippers. The Dremel however was fantastic and worked great. Just keep in mind if your dog has smaller feats this may not be the one for you. I unfortunately had to return it to get one that just had Clippers that came with instead of attached.

Good product, works good but could be better if the clipper were more sharper making trimming dogs nails easier & better to do. The clipper is kind of dull. But the product would be better if made a little bit better. But overall for the price it's pretty good.

I love the light and the safety guard, it allows me to control how much I cut in case they jerk at the wrong time. I used it on my 115 lbs hound and my 8lbs Chihuahua. The grinder was good for shaping my big dogs nails, but because my Chihuahua is black it's hard to see how far back to cut. The grinder allows me to cut and then grind his nails to a good length.

Easy to use, protects the blood supply in the nail with the light and the guard.
