Good product and good customer service
This functions well and as intended. It delivers a good pulse and dislodges debris. I advise against leaving mouthwash (or anything) in the reservoir overnight. The reservoir is large, so only put in as much liquid as you need.As far as I can tell, this functions as well as a major manufacturer's portable water flosser (I used to own one but lost the charger: not an issue with this new one because it's USB).Customer service is responsive; I had a minor issue and they addressed it promptly.

Compact and portable - very thorough cleaning with 3 modes and 5 intensity settings
This water flosser works well but requires a bit practice to find the best settings. The instructions have translation errors, but are understandable. The reservoir can be filled either through the nozzle storage hole or opening and filling through the door on the lower area of the reservoir. It is easy to charge with the included USB-C cord and it holds a charge through a month of daily uses. It is oval shaped, 2 1/4" x 1 3/4", 5 1/2" tall compressed without a nozzle, and about 12" tall when in usage configuration. It weighs 8 ounces empty, and about a pound with a full reservoir. In the package are 2 standard nozzles for daily cleaning, 1 orthodontic nozzle for hard to clean areas of braces, periodontal nozzle for hard-to-clean food debris between teeth, and a tongue nozzle. There is room under the top hole cover to store a standard nozzle, so you can easily switch between a specialty nozzle and a standard nozzle. You also receive a cloth storage bag which is of a sufficient size to hold everything including the user manual. You have a choice of 5 pressure settings and 3 modes: normal, pulse, and point. Normal sprays the constant pressure of your choice. Pulse modulates the pressure. Point mode emits 3 sprays than pauses ½ second. There is a 2 minute timer which will automatically turn off the unit. There is no safety shutoff if you run out of water before you run out of time. This flosser provides a very thorough cleaning. My teeth feel clean and my gums receive a nice water massage. The buttons are not real distinct, so if you have to change any settings, I find it is best to turn it off and follow the instructions on changing modes. When long pressing the mode button when the unit is off, you can see the setting of mode which is indicated by a light above the mode setting and pressure indicated by progressive lights on the pressure scale.Nozzles are easy to change out with a press on the top release button and a firm pull upwards of the nozzle. A firm downward pressure clicks the nozzle into place. You can rotate the nozzle 360 degrees. It is possible to remove the water reservoir by pulling apart the motor and reservoir pieces. There is no locking mechanism, so if you are not careful, you can easily push the top motor piece into the reservoir and end up splashing water everywhere while using the flosser or changing nozzles. The intake tube of the reservoir is weighted, so it stays at the lowest point. It effectively removes all the water from the reservoir. This flosser is compact, lightweight, and portable. It does a very good job cleaning between my teeth and soothes my gums. Once you choose all your favorite settings, the machine remembers the last one used, so you do not have to reset every time. It is easy to clean and take apart to dry between uses.

easy to fill
My wife loves this water flossing pick. She carries it whenever we eat out. Easy to fill - She usually fills about 3 times to make it through her mouth. It becomes her new daily necessity.

Easy to operate and surprisingly powerful
Good pressure, I like that it's adjustable. There's 2 different ways to fill and drain it, which is handy. USB-C port, which is easy to work with. It also comes with a sufficient variety of tips. Easy to operate. Here's a heads up however: Finding the stop button to turn it off is not so easy to locate while you are using it, so make sure you know where this button is at and be prepared to press it when you are done. It was nice to have access to a water flosser during my last work trip.

Move fast, the tank’s a bit small
I like the versatile control design, allowing five pressure settings that cycle with a button press and a few overall modes (normal, pulse, point) that change when holding the mode button down. A separate power button is provided. The clear tank collapses over the body, which is both good and bad news. It’s a positive for travel and storage, delivering a very compact package. It’s not so great because the water capacity is less than most flossers and you must be careful where you hold the thing to prevent sliding a tank full of water back onto the handle. BTW, if you rock it off, the tank does come off of the body for filling or drying with a towel. There’s also a gasketed door for filling if you prefer. It comes with a variety of tips, a fabric bag and a short USB Type C cable. Unlike almost all other flossers, its body is oval, not round. I found it comfortable to grip. Despite its relatively small size, I found the water output pressure similar to other portable devices.Wish list: I’d trade another inch of length for a bigger tank, and would prefer a hard travel case rather than a bag.

Easy to use
This cordless flosser is a great addition to my daughter's teeth cleaning routine. There are several cleaning modes as well as five options for intensity of the spray. There are several different heads that you can choose from depending on your needs and sensitivity. It took a couple minutes of looking at the instructions to figure out that I just needed to pull down on the water chamber to remove it from the upper section. It was not coming off easily at first so I was worried I was going to break it. It was easy to charge, but be aware that it only comes with the USB cord and not an actual plug so you need to have a plug you can use it with.A couple of critical things to note: 1. the water does not last very long. My daughter uses it on the lowest setting and it only lasts about 30 seconds. 2. It is a bit awkward for her to hold as the device is a bit bulky.Even with those criticisms, I think it is a good value and better than not having a water flosser at all.

Great for travel
This water pick is smaller than most so it is great for travel. It has some nice features like the storage for the pick, extra picks for other family members, different speeds for use. Some cons are the water chamber is small so it doesn't last long and it is bulky making it awkward to hold. It would be nice if the chamber curved in to make it easier to hold. Overall it works for travel and priced well.
