the jug well made, stylish, keeps either hot or cold for a long time one draw back with mine it says you can unscrew the top for cleaning however i have not managed this yet, as for delivery zero 3 times it was delivered 1 time the driver rang me to guide him to the address i did so to the front door of the business no delivery when i got back and no card, 2 time i said deliver to my home address on Saturday as im in all day and the business is closed so he went to the business address again, 3rd time i said it will have to be delivered on Monday as i not at home at all on Sunday yep he delivered to my neighbour who by chance had just returned from a holiday, lastly if you need the call centre don't bother they are not in the UK and English is not the first language and messages aren't passed on . but the jug is still fab

This jug is very good for keeping a pot of tea warm for a morning while I teach clients and am unable to take time out to make fresh drinks. I can pour a little at a time with minimum intrusion to the flow of the lesson and it stands unobtrusively sleek in the corner when not needed. One thing not clear from the illustrations; the stopper is only a light cap, not wedged or screwed in any way, so the jug cannot be transported other than by hand. It's not a flask for taking on a journey, or even out of the house. It won't keep liquids warm as long as my properly sealed flasks. 6 hours is the maximum really. But for me it fills a need. My only question would be whether the rubber lining of the cap can be replaced. It's fine so long as the rubber is good, but when in the course of time it becomes hard the flask might be rendered unusable if it cannot be replaced.

This is a very beautiful jug, that keeps milk cold all day. It loses a star for being awkward to clean. It has two rubber seals that milk gets under, and it is difficult to clean under them. It isn't impossible.

Brilliant jug that really does keep gravy warm. The outside of the jug remains cool but second helpings of gravy are still hot. Much more sturdy and elegant than cheaper models, it's worth paying for quality!

A nice little milk jug that I use when working at my desk to avoid repeat trips to the kitchen for tea and coffee. I use it with a litre jug of hot water and make drinks as I need them. It washes well in the dishwasher. The stainless steel finish shines up well. Not had to use it for more than three hours, and I tend to leave it in the fridge overnight when I want to use it the next day, so I can't say more than that about how long it keeps things cold.

Looks lovely in the kitchen and it keeps the hot water warm for hours!If your looking for something to keep the the water hot for hours then look no further, its simple but effective and looks great in the kitchen

I am terribly disappointed witht this jug. It does look elegant, but it does not serve its purpose. The opening is so small that you cannot fit any filter cone (not even one with a nozzle) tightly on it, so there is no way to make really hot coffee in it. You have to use a different jug or coffee machine first and loose heat during refilling. I jave no time for this re-filling nonsense. Then the jug only keeps the coffee reasonably hot, if it is totally full. But no-one and no family drinks up all their coffee in one gulp. It is normal to have the coffee on the table for an hour or two and drink it cup by cup. That's precisely why I buy a thermos jug! Unfortunately in this jug the coffee gets less than lukewarm within the hour after you've poured the first cup. As regards comments made by other users: the handle dos get hot (hotter than the coffee) but not so hot that you burn yourself. I had no problem opening the cap at any time, but I doubt, whether it ever closed properly.Ridiculous product.

An excellent jug keeping the milk cold overnight on my bedside table ready for morning tea. It's beautifully crafted, easy to clean, and used for cold or hot drinks. It can also be used for serving cream if you are dining al fresco or keeping gravy hot. A useful and versatile jug.Update January 2025: somewhat disappointed with the quality of the product. As can be seen from the photograph part of the top lip of the jug has peeled away. Ive had the jug for 4 years so maybe Im expecting too much but the jug is not cheap and I expected better.
