Light weight and sturdy
I love this ladder it is light weight and can be pulled down with one hand even by a short person, I'm 5'3''. I have bad shoulders and the wooden stairs were to heavy and hard to pull down so I had them removed and replaced with this. The is the second home that I've had them installed in. They are also very sturdy too. Highly recommended.

Smooth Installation with Two People
Installation was easy, including trimming the stairs to perfectly fit the space. Fit and stability were just what we expected.

Way Better than Using a Ladder
Easy to install. Instructions were well written. Should of got this years ago.

well built
This a nice product, well built. My son and I installed the leader in 4 hours. This includes cutting the hole in the ceiling and building the box. Yes, it requires the structural box, which needs to be attached to the headers, and the ladder box goes inside the structural box. We found that after we read the manual. The trim for the hatch is not included, not a big deal. Gas springs work well but could be stronger.

Nice addition to attic
This was purchased to give better access to the attic in the garage. The existing access requires using a ladder and getting older that's less of an option. This came with good instructions and handles the weight excellently. This seems to be well constructed, also. This was a bit more expensive than others advertised here and the shipping wasn't Prime available. It had to be shipped from the seller and was done by truck. Cost about 70 bucks which I didn't like. I am happy with the overall service, though. It was delivered well before the advertised delivery date (I did attach a note with the order requesting delivery as soon as possible as it was originally about a 2 week delivery date).
