It could be argued you could buy each of these components separately but taking all of those different pills could be problematic where this product has it all in one. It has been tested by US medical authorities and it is easy to find official reviews.The only drawback is that it is only a 30 day supply for a slightly higher price point than I suspect many are willing to pay.The pill is very small but un-coated so i strongly recommend taking with liquid. These twendee pills will get you going! I started off taking just one at a time and man they really get you moving. I took two one day and it was too much. So I stuck with just one because it's more than enough with me. I feel like I'm able to zoom around and get stuff done when I take my twendee. I can think clearly and focus on the task at hand. I'd recommend this item if you're wanting a boost for your day. I didn't notice any negative side effects, other than I get really thirsty.

I have very mild asthma, for years I haven't needed any sort of medication for it anymore, but recently I'd started to occasionally need to use an Albuterol inhaler, but I haven't needed it since I began taking this supplement.
