... this over a year ago now and still working fine for me
Bought this over a year ago now and still working fine for me. Set up was easy enough. Light is very dim though and you really have to look carefully for it.

Easy to set up using the wifi alarm kit
Easy to set up using the wifi alarm kit.Bit fiddly mounting up first because once you place in the exterior wall you might realise the siren is far away from the controller.

Easy enough to set up
Used with my Miguard G5 alarm as an external siren. Easy enough to set up, plenty loud enough to do its job. When setting up, make sure you change the default ring time from 30 secs to the longer 3 min/5min option. I would wear ear plugs when mounting to the wall and replacing the cover to finish the install, if you happen to trigger the tamper switch positioning the cover its a bit loud right next to your ear!!

Works well but has security flaw
I purchased this to go with my Miguard G5 alarm, which has been great, but there are a couple of flaws with this siren. The first is a bit of an annoying design fault. When you open the lid, as you would expect, there is a circuit board, battery, LED's and a couple of sirens. On the circuit board are some jumpers that you can move to adjust both the siren volume and also how long it rings. By default it is set to 30 seconds, but you can also choose 2 mins or 5 mins. What you will notice though is a sealed plastic cover over the circuit board and battery to protect it from the elements so to get to the jumpers or battery you need to get a knife and carefully peel back the sealed cover. This may distort the plastic a little but it should sit back in place ok. The second problem is more of a worry and I'm told by Response (Miguard main distributor) it is common to all wireless alarm sirens. There is a tamper system on the siren as expected which if triggered will set off the siren, BUT, it does NOT alert the main panel indoors. The siren is then simply disabled by disconnecting the power inside, which would take a second or two. All of the internal sensors such as the PIR's and door magnets alert the main panel if they are tampered with which sets off the alarm and also alerts you by sending a text and ringing your mobile phone. This siren doesn't as it's just a receiver. If someone has disconnected the power on my siren and put the lid back on, then I want to know!! There is a solution that I have thought of though. If you purchase a door/window magnet contact (about £18) you can stick one half to the siren base and the other half to the lid. You can then pair the sensor with the main panel and you will now have a much better tamper system on your siren because it will set off the whole alarm and more importantly alert you that it's been tampered with. It does take a bit if trial and error getting it in the correct position inside the siren panel but it definitely works. Whilst the door magnet sensor isn't designed to be outside, it's well protected from the elements when inside the panel. Overall, the siren is very simple to set up and install, but having to peel back the plastic cover is a bit annoying and it's a bit disappointing that the tamper system doesn't trigger the main panel.
