Great night light.

ONE OF THE 4 WOULD NOT LIGHT WHEN WIRED CORRECTLY, I REPLACED WITH ANOTHER WIRED THE SAME IT WORKED, THESE ARE BRIGHTER THAN P&S ONES THEY REPLACED, BUT THESE ARE THE YELLOWISH LIGHT INSTEAD OF THE BLUEISH WHITER WHITE WHITE LIGHT, I'D GIVE 5 STARS FOR BRIGHTNESS BUT 1 DIDN'T LIGHT UP, EVEN THOUGH GFCI WORKED CORRECTLY, AND MY PERSONAL PREFERENCE OF I LIKE THE WHITER INSTEAD OF YELLOWER LIGHT COLOR. BECAUSE WHITER LIGHTMAKE STUFF LOOK CLEANER FOR US OLD PEOPLE WITH YELLOW CATARACTS,

Works and is a Suttle warm glow,blue color is from switchs.

The night light feature is a plus, making it great for bathrooms or dark areas.Installing it is straightforward. If you have basic knowledge installing outlets this is no different than any other installation.With all electrical work, make sure you review the directions. Lead and line need to be connected in the right location.

The instructions were not for the unit with a night light. They show the ground top instead of bottom. Also, there is no room to install the wire. Screw head too close to the plastic wall. Also, screws are not secure and fall into the unit. You need gravity so they stay outside of unit. Poorly made!! Returned.

Saw this light and thought to myself it could be a great way to have a GFCI outlet I need, but also a nightlight in the bathroom, without giving up an outlet for the light.Installation was simple and as expected.The light is plenty bright! It is enough light to move around at night without turning on a real light.A great outlet worth adding to your house!

Received this GFCI, not working is malfunction.

Scattered throughout my house, I have outlets with the build in lights. I really like not having nightlights using up plugs everywhere. However, my downstairs bathroom, with its GFCI was one of the last hold-outs.Now, both plugs are fully available for use, and there is a nice little light provided more than enough light for people to locate switches or grab a Kleenex or something without needing to turn on the lights.Ironically, my least favorite aspect was the wall plate. I can see its value and some people will indeed love it (no visible screws, so a clean look). I didn't like it for two reasons: It doesn't match any other outlet or switch in the room. I had a real challenge getting it back off, making two small marks on the wall that I have to fix. I instead opted to use a standard plate, which this outlet is fully compatible with. This is really a personal preference, so I did not discount any stars for this.In all, I'm very happy with this outlet. Looks good. Provides light. Tested properly (both with the test button and with my external GFCI tester).
