Puella Magi Homura Tamura, Vol. 3: ~Parallel Worlds Do Not Remain Parallel Forever~

If you haven’t seen Homura’s Rebellion yet or read Homura’s Revenge, you’re in for a treat. WARNING SPOILERS (sorts if you haven’t seen either)This is a neat alternate view towards the end on how Rebellion came to be. Madoka visits Akemi-Ya Bar to let the Homuras know their fight is finally over and that Madoka made a wish (the very one at the end of the series) cue humorous exchange amongst Homuras not wanting admit defeat, since that’s what they were all trying to accomplish. So a neat little twist tying into Rebellion and making this the last Puella Magi Homura Tamura in the series, Madokami agrees she’ll wait for them to save her.I mostly spoiled neat little twist plot tie ins, but have not spoiled the book itself. I only explained a small sample of the ending. From beginning to end it’s still the funny Homura alternate timelines like the first two. :)

I loved it, and I'll miss it dearly. Super glad there was a comedic relief to the gloomy universe of Madoka Magica, and the bittersweet ending was the cherry on top. My only complaint is that it's over and I can't get my fill of dozens of Homuras anymore. ):

Honestly, I found this one more cute that funny... Didn't feel as good as volumes one or two.The offbeat random humour wasn't as apparent in this, although there is certainly more character development than before in respect to Akemi-ya bar and grill.I recommend picking up the first two before this one, otherwise a lot of the jokes will go over your head.Art style is still as brilliant as ever.According to the last few pages this is the last volume of Homura Tamura, I'm sad to see it go so soon.

Still super funny and cute.This volume however is a bit more toned down in its levels of ridiculeness we were witness to in the previous two volumes ending with a sweet and adorable finale. Homu homu forever!!
