Musculoskeletal Anatomy Coloring Book

I loved this. Taking a functional anatomy (Kinesiology) class for my OT program, and by the time we got to the instrinsic hand muscles, I needed a new way to study! Yes, this book has a bit of detail in the pictures, but I like that because it helps you see the line of pull.I do wish each picture was doubled, because once you color a picture, obviously you can't color it again. I did copy some pages so I could color them multiple times.All in all, I am SO happy I bought this. I showed some of my classmates how I was studying, and they got one too. I even suggested to the professor to put it in the suggested books for the class.Lastly, I can color AND study in this book, while my daughter colors her own coloring book, so we're spending time together and i don't feel like I'm ignoring her while I'm desperately trying to learn muscle attachments.

Couldn’t have made it through anatomy without this gem

This is a great coloring book for review, studying and relaxing. The price tag is off-putting at first but this book is packed with information. It goes into great detail! As a massage therapist I love that I can low-key review and relax simultaneously.

Very detailed, but also very confusing. The labeling is what threw me off

I never review products but this coloring book was worth it! I started out with another anatomy coloring book but it mainly covered bones, and wasn't as in depth as I needed. I'm currently in OT grad school and needed something that covered the musculoskeletal system, so I was thrilled when I found this! This has been great for my Gross anatomy course. The book covers origin, insertion, actions, and has different views going from superficial to deep as seen in my picture. This helps so much as I can really visualize where the muscle originates and inserts. It even has deeper quiz questions at the end of each section to quiz yourself and unlabeled views of each view. I would definitely recommend this as a supplemental study tool for any OT/PT type student.

It was exactly what I wanted and so much more! I am very pleased with the quality. The paper is durable and easy to color on. Plus there are a lot of details in the book to go with the diagrams. It is a fantastic study tool and is worth every penny.

I am a new massage student, and I was nervous and overwhelmed about learning the long list of muscles and their origins and insertions. I opened the book when it came and am so excited to jump in an learn! The clear and simple illustrations clear away the fog.

Makes learning anatomy so much easier especially if you are a blended type of learner. In order to pass first year I have to pass anatomy tests therefore this has been vital in my prep for the exams.
