It worked great and stopped my English bulldog from drinking too fast. It was easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to see when it needed to be refilled. The only bad thing….He’s 70lb and this was too small for him. We are filling it several times a day. But it does slow him down , it would be better for smaller dogs who don’t take such big gulps. Asides that the product is perfect it’s more my dog being too big than the product being a problem.

My family has a cat, Sugarbaby, with severe CH and a trouble maker, Axl. Standing to drink is difficult enough for Sugar but Axl likes to play in her water making a mess and lowering the water level. This bowl has worked wonderfully. Axl can't make a big enough splash so he gets bored and Sugar no longer has to dip low to drink. It's easy to clean and has solved our problem.

The bowl works and it does avoid splatter BUT!!! Before you use TAKE OUT THE FILTER THAT COMES WITH THE BOWL. If you don’t it will build up algae or mold and you will forget about it.YOU MUST!! clean the bowl regularly the top lid has two pieces that snap together. Be sure to separate these two pieces and ALSO CLEAN.Our dogs got an upper respiratory infection and it cost us 800 dollars in vet bills. Our vet said that these bowls are a cause of many issues when not cleaned regularly.They are great bowls but the way they are designed they are prone to mold and algae build up if not cleaned regularly- DONT JUST RINSE, tear it apart and clean it with soap and water.I hope this helps, suck dogs are expensive but more importantly they suffer and it’s stressful.

I’m So happy with this product. It doesn’t have a lot of reviews but when I purchased it it was only a $10 gamble. We’ve been struggling with our German Shepherd, leaving wet puddles all over the house from him drinking his water and then drips all over the house and it’s really annoying we keep towels everywhere to try clean up the puddles and we saw this option said it was only $10 and we thought well we should try it. I know it’s a small capacity it’s only 5 cups but it still works really well for us. We have to fill it up twice a day. But it is so amazing. It is so easy to use. The wet puddles are over. Our floors are dry again no more wet socks. I have been wanting to buy this other one they have on Amazon. It’s a larger capacity and it’s $30 but it’s hard to spend money on something that you don’t know if it would work or not. It would work great for a bearded dog as well because it’s such a small amount available, their tongue is the only thing that can touch the water but it wouldn’t get to the beard wet. Amazing product! Thank you for making this product so affordable!

This bowl works great and keeps your pet from making a mess with a regular water bowl. I read the reviews of other people saying that their dog can't get water out of it, well they must have pretty dumb dogs... My dog drinks out of it just fine and our cat has now started drinking out of it with no problem even though he has a fountain type water device a couple of feet away. It works as expected and my dog and cat are happy with it and I'm glad I don't have puddles everywhere after she drinks out of it or bumps it.

This is a great idea and works well, however I do feel my 6 month old puppy can hardly get any water out of it, especially when it comes down to only have a little bit left. It has made him drink slower, as he used to drink the entire bowl in one sitting. I would say it worked great for his earlier months but may be time to go back to a regular bowl.

My golden retriever will get more water on the floor than in his mouth and come back with a soaking wet mouth/nose… this helps sooo much. It will not stop all dripping but will definitely help. I’ve noticed so much less water. It does take some getting used to my dog was apprehensive at first but now, no issues. I like the size for traveling but i do have to fill it up multiple times a day at home- i wish there was a bigger size option.

Well this definitely didn't work for my lab he figured it out how to push all the way down and then he picks it up thinking it's a toy and water is all over

This is much less mess than a traditional water bowl. Would give 5 stars but I can’t find a replacement filter to fit it. I change the water lots and wash my dogs bowl regularly so the filter isn’t a big deal. The price is hard to beat.

I love the product for all the previous customer comments. We have a bearded dog that left a very messy splatter all around the previous bowl. The only issue I've come to find out is where to purchase the replacement filters. The website provided with this bowl takes you to a demo site only for succulent plants.
