Easy to drink

This supplement mixes easily into any type of water, and if I drink it plain, there is a little bit of an odd taste, but it is easy to add to a flavored water, tea, coffee, or smoothie. The ingredient list is very limited and clear, which is important to me because I suffer from excess gas and bloating from many added ingredients from other drink mixes or foods. Because it’s a drink mix, it gets into my system faster than other prebiotics and probiotics capsules that I have taken, too. The price for all 30 sticks seems expensive until I consider how much each one is, and then it makes sense. And, considering that it combines both prebiotics and probiotics, too. The drink mix powder appears to be more stable than the typical capsule that I take, thus more effective, too. It is definitely a high quality product that works!
