Easy and efficient to use
Does what it says on the box. Only problem was the cable connection was faulty, but I had numerous spares so didnt bother contacting the company. Price was not extortionate for a swift charger so cable was not a problem to me. Charger itself work well, and lets me know the state of battery at same time.

Broken after 8 months of light usage
Small so easy to carry around but not charging after about 8 months with very little use.

The product was faulty, but they sent me free replacement which worked
I liked that this product delivered on time as expected, I was super excited to get my battery charged up on my cameraAs it was a simple usb connection, great easy to plug and play.. I read the instructions the background blue light should of come on, so I feeling frustrated..tried it in different USB ports of my lap top,So after try it for few minutes and after I did something about it..I contacted the company directly by email through amazon, they replied after explaining in detail what the company who I dealt with this problem was explaining to me what I wanted and gave me an 2 option The product was faulty, but they sent me free replacement which could of not work so took that risk, option 2 get refundI said it faulty and I want a replacement, In just few days I received the product and tested and it worked fine hence the product was faulty, if this happened to you just get in contact with the seller and the customer service and they help you out.. if you found this helpful click the button belowThanks for your time and thanks for reading my review
