I recently purchased the CitySports Walking Pad with high hopes for a convenient and effective exercise solution. However, upon unboxing, I encountered a major issue - the plug’s prong is significantly bent, making it impossible to fit into the socket.This manufacturing defect not only renders the product unusable but also poses a serious health and safety hazard. I have attached pictures to clearly illustrate the bent prong, which is both slanted and firm, making any adjustment impossible.In light of this, I have contacted the company to address the issue, emphasizing the urgency due to the potential risks involved. I am currently awaiting their response and resolution to ensure the safety of customers.I believe in giving a fair and accurate review based on the product’s intended functionality. However, I am happy to report the company responded swiftly to my concerns and offered to send a new power cord without hesitation which has arrived and the machine is up and working all well. Couldn’t fault it.Their customer service team was efficient and courteous throughout the process, confirming my delivery address and promptly arranging for the replacement cord to be sent out. I received confirmation that the new power cord will be delivered within the week, demonstrating their commitment to resolving customer issues in a timely manner.Based on their excellent customer service and prompt resolution of the problem, I would not hesitate to recommend both the company and their product to others.Thank you for your outstanding service and for rectifying the issue promptly.

Was really excited for this and after doing some research and looking through the reviews decided that this would be good for me. When it arrived we set it up and turned it on, but the LED screen didn't turn on so you couldn't actually get the belt to move. Contacted the seller and they sent us a YouTube video in a foreign language telling us to take the machine apart and check for loose wires. My partner did this and nothing was loose - machine just didn't work. Having read through a lot more of the reviews now I see lots of people have said the same. I would avoid

I am absolutely loving this treadmill. It is very simple to setup and start walking on it. You can download the app or can use the remote control which comes with the battery. I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to walk as it doesn’t have somewhere to hold but actually it is simple and treadmill is very solid so doesn’t move much when walking. I usually put my favorite series and walk for an episode to keep fit and it works just great as it is not very noisy and once I am done I simply put it to the small storage area that I have got as it is heavy. This treadmill is absolutely the best for the value!

So I have had this product for a week and this is what I have found:The machine is heavy but has 2 small wheels on one side so you can manoeuvre it that way.It's walking strip isnt very long so you cant do long strides on it.The belt does heat up a little after 30 mins walking.The belt isnt very wide so you have to walk a little carefully and can lose your balance at timesThe speed goes up to maximum of 6, which equates to a brisk walk rather than a runOverall, I am happy so far. I wasnt expecting gym caliber so it's in line with my expectations. I'm walking at least and getting some exercise.
