I used this for VERY long incisions. From the elbows down the side, into the arm pit, and around my back. The first roll purchased was so sticky that getting it off the backing was a struggle but it stuck to my body great! I rounded the ends so the edges wouldn't peel up the same as bandaids have the rounded ends. The 2nd box stuck just as well but wasn't so intense to pull off the backing. It is easy to use. Worked great. I had no idea I was wearing it. It's supposed to be reusable. I can see that as doable for smaller scars. Pulling it off, it breaks on the perforated lines into pieces. My new surgical scars are healing nice and thin. I'm using it on older scars as well and I believe I'm seeing a change on the bigger ones and I am definitely seeing a change on the smaller ones. I'll continue to purchase.

My daughter's wedding was in two weeks when I experienced a grease burn from flipping salmon in a skillet. Using ADVANCED SCAR CREAM from day one made sure these burns went away without any scarring for the big day!Not only did it hurt like heck when the grease splattered, but the first thought I had was how I didn't want to have ugly scars on my hand and wrist for my daughter's wedding in just two weeks! I immediately ran cold water over it and kept ice on the area for 4 hours. While doing this, I looked online to see what options were available and came across ADVANCED SCAR CREAM. I looked at the reviews and it was rated so highly, I thought this was a great option so I purchased that night.I took off the ice, slathered the burns with Aquaphor, lightly wrapped with gauze and went to bed. When the ADVANCED SCAR CREAM arrived the next afternoon, I took a picture of what the burns looked like, then slathered them with the new product and lightly wrapped with gauze. I repeated this for 24 hours, keeping the gauze on. On the second day, I took off the gauze and rubbed the ADVANCED SCAR CREAM in 4x/day for 5 days and had no visible scars!This stuff really works so I started using on a bad pimple scar on my cheek that I have had for many years. I wish I would have taken pictures of it because 2 1/2 months later, after using 2x per day, the scar is GONE! It's now a staple at my house.

I already posted a picture of this product but amazon decided to delete it. I will post another one. This is the third type of silicone scar strip product I've tried, and the worst. The main difference in products is the thickness. This is the thinnest one I've tried, and too thin. Usually when I peel off the back, a lot of the silicone pulls off with it, so the tape that's supposed to stick on your skin doesn't have enough sticky stuff on it. Not to mention, that's the active ingredient. The tape rolls up on itself frequently when you pull off the backing. It's very difficult if not impossible to unroll it. It's recommended to keep the tape on for days, but with this one, once I take it off it won't have enough stickiness to go on again. So even though this is an extra long roll of tape, I end up using much more of it than with the other tapes I've tried. Try another one, this isn't worth any money you may save on the price.

My scar didn't disappear over night, but it did soften overnight with my first application. Within the first few days it has shrunk. This is a scar from surgery I had in January of 2024. Because it made changes so quickly on a new scar I will be using it on a fifteen year old very large scar just to see what happens. Great product! I used the cream. I think I'll try the gel next time. I did purchase the tape, but I haven't tried it yet.

I already see much improvement in my fresh scars (6 weeks). This is one of 2 brands I'm trying. I like that it's thicker and seems more durable. However, it peels easily on the edges, and is difficult to reuse. If it were more "sticky", I would have preferred this one. The other one that I'm also trying, is thinner and seems more "fragile", however I've been able to reuse those, as they stick much better. I probably will not purchase this one again. I'm also using the gelco cream, in addition to vitamin E oil. My Dr. Says vitamin E is the best thing to use.

I've tried a lot of different scar gels for my hypertrophic scars, but this is the only one that I noticed ANY change from. It softened the scars slightly and allowed me to better massage them. I also like that it wasn't super watery like previous gels had been, and stained clothing much less than the previous as well (though id still recommend covering any scar gel!)I'll even note that I ended up needing a scar revision surgery (healing well 🤞), so my scarring was pretty serious. There truly was not one other scar cream or tape that I noticed helped at all except this one-- I do really think it is helpful for all/most levels of scarring.Also, for anyone else with serious scarring, PLEASE visit a specialist. I was left without options for over a year because my general doctors had incorrect information. There are SO MANY options you can consider, don't feel stuck like I did. You will figure things out, and you will heal. Be it with scar cream, surgery, steroid injections, or simply time 💕

As per package delivered the silicone scar sheet roll size is 4cmx150cm (1.6"x 60") whereas here it says 4cmx406cm(1.6"x160").Product quality and application wise will use and update the performance.
