mild effect
5% lidocaine for me the feel on the skin was only minimal. But every little thing can help with sensitivity. But sure sure will not numb enough to really cut any pain. The scent was mild and nice.

Works alright
Tested a small amount on my skin to see. No allergic reactions. Easy to use. Did provide numbing. Left my skin feeling a bit greasy. Not sure if it will work for a tattoo with the way my skin felt after.

HORRIBLE
NOT NUMBING CREAM AT ALL IT DOD NO NUMBING I TESTED IT ON MY ENTIRE CHEST FOR 45-50 mins and it did absolutely no numbing this is crazy it literally is just greasy and it smells good but Thts not what I got it for I got it for numbing and it doesn’t do that AT ALL literally horrible PRODUCT I DONT RECOMMEND.

Great for laser treatments!
Got this a couple days before I was scheduled for a laser treatment and it did not disappoint. I’ve done the treatment without anything and it’s tolerable, but uncomfortable. This made it almost feel like nothing. My 4yo is having a series of laser treatments on a large birthmark so J wanted to try it out for myself first. I’ll definitely be using it on him!

Does NOT work
I have used other numbing cream with wonderful success. This cream did not work AT ALL. I will go back to using the previous one I bought before. Purchased this for the claim of being longer lasting, but it didn't provide any numbing effect. Do not buy this product.

5% topical lidocaine, also good for muscle pain
This is marketed as a tattoo cream and that’s fair as I’m sure it’s very effective as that, but it’s a topical 5% lidocaine cream, which should be noted is prescription strength and higher than many other products on the market. If other lidocaine products work for you as far as muscle pain relief, you can expect this to work for you too. Also, this stuff smells a lot better than a lot of the other topical solutions. This offering comes in a two-pack, and with a shiny protective outer vessel. Do shop around, as prices for this (and other lidocaine products) can vary wildly.

Totally disappointed
This item didn’t work, got a foot tattoo and I felt everything and yes I followed the instructions on the box which was why I was very disappointed.

Does not work
Product does not work as described. Tried it on my sternum area for a 3 hour tattoo and it did not numb in the slightest bit
