I suffer with a thyroid disorder and wanted to use this to help curb cravings and control binges. Sadly it did nothing but give me poor digestion and raised mood swings. Rather annoying given the price.Update; Seller has kindly offered a solution and whilst these didn’t work for me I highly recommend their customer service. As seller suggested, not everyone’s bodies are the same.

Seems to help keep the appetite at bay.

Gave me headaches (probably the amount of caffine) didn't really help but noticed a slight difference as I was more awake through the day but to be honest I think you'd be better just drinking 2 black coffees a day
