I have used tongat ali for years, always in a pill format. I used 2 spoons, it comes with one. I thought, no problem, I have used this before. Nope, I hit and I will never go back to the pills. Understand that the taste is not pleasant, but thats not what I bought it for.

I'm hoping for the effects

I'm a 53 year old male with natural decline in Testosterone and muscle mass. I have been working out steadily now for 8 months and my body changes are noticeable to me but probably not to everyone else. Finding it difficult to lose the belly fat and put on more muscle.This product looked interesting to me. I do notice a slight boost in energy not long after I take it, or maybe I feel like my heartrate increased, I'm not seeing any magical gains in the gym. My libido is still strong so I didn't notice any changes in that area either.I will continue to take it as 2 weeks is probably not long enough to give it a chance. It does not taste good that is for sure, but I just down it quickly with some water and get it over with. As another reviewer mentioned I wish it came with a measuring spoon so I can get the appropriate dosage, I bought a spoon scale that can measure milligrams but it was so wildly inaccurate I threw it out.I will update my review if I notice any changes but for now I am only seeing slight energy boost for short periods and if I don't see any more significant results I will not continue with this product.

This is A LOT of supplement! I have been supplementing with Tongkat Ali for some time now. I first became aware through a few podcasts and was happy to find that, for me, its been effective. Lets say the targeted circulation works in my favor.I have always taken it in capsule form. When I found this brand that was offering it in a loose powder form, I was intrigued to test it out, sort of thinking that I could have more control of the dosing. What my experience has been is that when I take it in the quantity recommended on the pouch, I have just as effective a result as I did with pretty much every other brand requiring me to take 2 caplets. This tells me that with this brand I am getting the real deal herb supplement, and all the other brands have been diluted and likely filled with fillers.Now the one thing that I will say is that this herb is quite bitter, I trust that its the nature of the herb, not everything can be yummy. I found it best to blend into a savory green smoothy to help make it easier to take, but thats just me.Overall though this has been great for me and I am liking the results.

Even the website for JungleFoods says no additives, just clever marketing tactics that mean nothing, Maltodextrin is made from corn, soy, or wheat and the amazon product page does not show the back side of the package where the ingredients are listed, thumbs down for clean eating and IBS, and Celiacs

It seems to have a solid effect, but we put it in capsules for the sake of ease of swallowing. I would definitely consider that, but otherwise a great product!
