I LOVE THIS LIGHT!! I am using it for a 3 gallon tank *with a lid* and I love how discrete it looks with the tank. Luckily the lid to my tank is clear and I was able to tape the light to the top of it and it worked beautifully. And the colors? So many. The adjustable BRIGHTNESS?? There are so many options and it’s even better than I could have imagined~ and it’s soo easy to use!! I haven’t used the timer feature yet but all in all it’s great. If you need a light for your tank, THIS IS THE ONE.

I selected the larger one and it works perfectly for my 2 gallon aquarium. Plenty bright with multiple brightness levels, multiple colors and combinations to choose from, and a dependable timer. The features are excellent for the price and I suspect this would be good for up to 5 gallons. The only problem I ran into is the attachment clamp is a little tight for the rim on my aquarium, which is a standard big box pet store aquarium. You may have to do a little dremeling so buyer beware.

I bought this to replace the original that had no settings at all, what can I say, sometimes my fish named Tony, likes to have a little mood lighting. Ha HaIn any event, the timer function is a nice feature and so are the various light settings. My plants are thriving and so is the fish so I would say that it has their approval.

I love this light! It's really awesome, I do wish the way to clip it on had different methods, but I was still able to make it work. Loved the different colors.

OK, I just got my light and installed on my new nano tank. It comes in a few separate parts but these are very easy to put together. Real no-brainer. However, the instructions do NOT come in English.I played around a bit and I must admit that the tank does look good. However, I am sure that I will not be able to get the maximum out of this light as I cannot read the instructions.Hey AMAZON!! Is it too much work for you to ask your sellers to put the correct language instructions for the market that they are trying to sell to?Would not buy this light again if it were to go bad. Just wouldn't.

I got this for a small frog tank and it is perfect for the job. Both the brightness and color temperature can be adjusted for your needs and it has a built in timer so you don’t need to remember to turn it on and off.

Great dimmer and setting for the price. Perfect for a small tank but puts out some serious light. I use the lowest setting and it's perfect for my 1gal. Love it and ordered another one the same day.

nice units. I got 3 of them for small shrimp tanks and they are quite nice. only issue i had was as the aquariums are elevated on a shelf, the light was coming thru and getting in my view. I fixed this with a little black electrical tape as a skirt.not a problem with them, just my own application

Figured out how to fix it when it stopped running on schedule: press on/off button simultaneously with schedule button, hold for 3 seconds (this is a reset), release, choose your schedule (I use amber light - 6 hours cycle). However, had to google this solution as there is no way to contact this store customer service.And, also, it won't fit "any tank" - if you have a bevelled top edge, the clam won't fit over the bevel. I had to lay the lamp on the top glass lid, see photos. But at least the schedule feature works again. 4 stars.
