Neat, organised a lot of pages make it easy to track your workout

Perfect product with regards to its content for tracking workouts, simple layout and does the job with plenty of room for sets/reps/exercises.The book itself however, looks as if it’s been dragged through a hedge backwards and trampled. I never normally leave reviews on Amazon but I was disgusted with the state a brand new book arrived in.I’m not bothered as it with eventually end up tatty with use and chucked in a gym bag, but you shouldn’t have a new product in this poor of a condition to begin with.

Spot on product, well laid out and a good size!Definitely worth the price.Been a big fan of strength shop for a long while so will definitely keep purchasing from them.

The best one I have ever found. Wish it would be available again as I need some more. I have looked at others but they all seem too complex for what I need.

The contents of the book are great. It's exactly what I wanted, however, the condition to which I received this book isn't so great. It looks second hand, scratched/marked and the first page was ripped.I thought since the contents were good I'd just keep it as a pose to getting a replacement. This was probably a dodgy batch I'm hoping.

Fantastic, goes up to eight sets and allows me to add my warm up cardio in the notes section.

El anillado es fatal, las ojas se salen, y no dejan girar al completo y las puntas de la anilla está mal rematada y se queda fuera con la que te puedes pinchar o arañar, a parte la portada es endeble y las hojas del interior son muy finas , casi traslucidas.
