Super quiet
Received the fan in less that 24 hours (I live on an island) and I had to actually look into the fan to see if it was working, it's that quiet. :)

Not so quite after all.
The media could not be loaded. When the fan arrived, it could be seen that the box was opened before. Plastic parts had scratches. Clearly not something you would expect when you buy new product. On the other hand the installation was straight forward.For my money, it not as silent as they suggests, however much better than my previous extractor.

Dead in Arrival
Bought one from another supplier. Easy to fit, didn't need the kit as It was a replacement. The power lead enters on the right so you need to make sure your feed is on the right.Why 4*? The fan came fully assembled and I had to remove the grill. I might have disturbed the large capacitor on the circuit board, either way it didn't work and has been returned for replacement.

Quiet batheroom extractor fan
When fitting this fan, be gentle and careful with the exposed components on the main body itself. Items can be easily disturbed or broken. Last point can be the pull cord, ensure that it is inserterd and routed correctly prior to fitting the fan intake housing.

The extractor does not work properly
The extractor does not remove vapour and it’s very noisy and it does not stop working . The humidistat is disfunctional and has no switch to turn it off
