I've held off reviewing this product until I had taken it a full month, that time is now so here is my review.I went for this product after trying the AG1 product for a month, this has been far better that the named expensive brand. Every thing is better, I take mine with 300-350ml of water each morning BEFORE I eat or drink anything. It doesn't have that deep earthy flavour that most of these Greens powders can have, it is also very light to drink, the 300ml sounds a lot but it is heavy on the stomach. I find this product is really helping with my appetite and I am eating far less and also seem to eat less 'bad' food as I see and feel far healthier.I found I started feeling certain benefits like alertness and energy within a couple of days, and the healthier feeling and wellbeing within a week. It has made me feel so much more positive as I feel it is making a difference to my health.I don't take a full scoop everyday, I take approx 3/4 of a scoop as I feel some of the RDA% are a little too high for my liking, plus it also makes the packet last longer.At £39.99 I feel this is a fair bit but also something I will be buying again soon, most likely as a subscription at £34.99.I 100% recommend this product and will be ordering again next week.

Super greens were packed with vitamins so all you need in one hit. A marked increase in energy after one month and very easy to take. Pleasant tasting too.Excellent customer service and prompt delivery., what’s not to like.

Another review that starts off with.....'I don't usually write reviews'.....BUT....This is a really good addition to Longevity Box's range of supplements. It's very similar to another well-known 'green health powder', but at less that half the price it's great value - I really hope this company continues to offer quality supplements at very competitive prices. The power itself mixes well and has a slightly sweet taste which was an unexpected bonus.

Started taking supergreens exactly as directed on packet - mixed with water on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning). After a week of griping stomach pains (thinking I had contracted food poisoning somehow) I ceased taking the supergreens. Immediately I started to get some relief from my pains, bloating etc. Within 3 days I was back to normal and some weeks later still fine - but will not take any more of this product which does not agree with me.

I'm sure we've seen all those sponsors for similar products and I have looked into them before and instantly changed my mind after seeing the price tag. Now, this isn't exactly cheap at £39.99 but there's an awful lot of ingredients in this one so I think it's worth it. I am someone who throughout my life have struggled with vegetables, especially of the green variety, so for me this is a gamechanger, being able to get the nutrients in me that I need.So, does it taste nice? No, absolutely not. I really do not enjoy the flavour at all, but, with that said, I can just mix it and down it and it's gone. I can't even bring myself to swallow a sprout and I've tried, oh have I tried. Thankfully, this doesn't leave much of an aftertaste, I just swallow and pop a bit of gum in my mouth and I'm good.For someone like me this has really made a difference. It's not that I enjoy drinking it, but I do feel much better for it and it's so easy to use that it only takes a minute and you're done.If you're looking for a little pick me up and can afford it then I recommend it, that is, if you struggle with vegetables like me. At this price, it's not for everyone but it's also hard to put a price on your health, so that's for you to decide.
