Used this for a foot complaint and it undoubtedly helped. The only complaint I would have is that it is very difficult to separate the backing from the tape. Once that’s been done it is not problematic to affix the tape. Love the fact it it waterproof thus allowing me to shower.

I have used this tape before from this seller. Is reason I am a returning customer. The tape does a good job of strapping for my thumbs; I suffer from arthritis (abductors thumbs). This gives the support I need as well as allowing me to carry out normal activity without restriction. Although I tend to use the tape of a night, to enable my thumbs get proper support and rest.

Excellent product. It was reckomended by a friend. Look at YouTube videos on how to put it on correctly

Have used this tape before and from physio rooms and found it to be very good .but this roll of tape does not have the same adhesion as tape i purchased in the past ,This tape comes of very easy when the other tape would stay on for over a week even in a shower .The tape sent to me in the last few weeks it only stays on for a few hours ........

A painful heel caused by fat pad wearing away meant I had no cushion. The tape was easy to apply to bunch up the heel to restore some padding which eased the pain

Not that easy to use on yourself !! No easy way to get the backing off - unlike some videos on how to tape yourself. My first time of using so maybe I’ll get better with time. Shoulder injury - not easy at all to self tape.

Was advised to buy this to correct a toe and bring it back in line by a foot specialist. Easy to use although have to cut the tape in half lengthways to make it narrow enough. It’s so easy to use, cut to the length required , peel off backing and apply, it stays in place all day even when it’s been wet in the shower. Excellent product

The tape was a little thin and kept creasing and sticking to itself. But that’s not to say it might well meet others needs.
