Buy this!!! It is awesome!!! Used it my whole lower body workout and when I was done I felt amazing! Sweaty but such an effective workout!!!! Also used it for arm exercise, sling shot motion.

Not the best product
It doesn't give enough strength, too big. I'm 140 lbs and I don't feel that is as efficient as the rubberized ones, too soft and loose. Planning to return if my sister doesn't want it.
