The media could not be loaded.  Well packaged, Very thick walls, heavy duty ground sleeve made out of aluminum not PVC, thick clet and robust pulley. Only 1 issue and I'm sure they will fix it for me, I was missing the golden globe for the top, but haven't been able to put it up yet, just got the base done. Gonna give it 48 hrs to cure.I bought the 23' 11 gauge sectional and dug an 18"x24" hole, 1 bag of rocks at bottom and 3 80lb bags of concrete. I'll update after it's resolved and installed.When I called them, they told me that the globes were on back order and that they received them a day after my flagpole went out. I received the globe in the mail today, very pleased with it this product. In the video that is a 4x6 polyester flag.

Excellent heavy gauge pole, large pulley and heavy duty parts. Obviously made in USA. A little more expensive than the cheep low quality China pole, however from my research less expensive, same quality as the other made in USA poles. Flags have been flying a couple months now, no issues. Don't fly your American flag from a China pole.

My in-loves had their telescoping pole (not this brand) break in high winds. I got this for them for Christmas. A bit of advice, place the first section into the base sleeve when installing the sleeve in the foundation hole. It makes it easier to make the pole plumb. Also there is a plastic insert in the topper piece. It’s tough to see. Remove before installing the ball topper. I originally ordered the 17’ pole. Wish I ordered the 23’ pole. I had to order an additional 6’ section. It was fast and easy but more expensive than just ordering the correct height (like they recommend anyway… lol).I waited one week after the concrete was placed just to make sure it was set before installing the pole. It will sway in high winds but the thickness of the poles makes me feel at ease.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Made in the USA.

Awesome quality flag pole. You will not be disappointed. Pay a little bit more money and get the best..

This flagpole will be the last flagpole I ever own. The gauge of the aluminum is evident as soon as you pick up a length. I’m flying two flags on it. I wouldn’t have considered that with any of my previous flagpoles.

The quality of the flagpole is good. Did the research and it has value for the money.I do have a few complaints.1. The rope is 3/16 inch and looks cheap. The owner Kim, defended the rope and said he switched to it because it is a better product than the 1/4 inch. Also said he would replace it with 1/4 inch if I paid the shipping cost. I decided to trust Kim and keep the 3/16.2. The color of one of the tubes is darker. Tele-Pole sent a replacement.3. Their shipping is not so great. The packaging allows the tubes to move and rub/scratch the finish off. Even the replacement tube had scratches. Tele-Pole does not seem to care if their product is damaged during shipment.Here's a reply (copied from the email) from the owner.[ If 1/4 to 1.0 inch of blemish ,that would be practically invisible to the eye, 20 feet high in the air, is a big issue to you, You may return our flagpole for a refund and I am sure we will offset the cost of shipping, with a new sale and at a higher price that is planned in the very near future.]The owner implied I am too picky and would not do anything about the shipping issues.Am I too picky? See the pictures and you be the judge.In the end, I decided to keep the pole and accept the blemishes.

I ordered this flagpole to replace a telescoping flagpole that had been destroyed by a wind storm. I really like the fact that this is pieces together permanently so I no longer have to go out several times a day and raise the flag pole back up (if you’ve ever had a telescoping flag pole - you know what I’m talking about). The rope system to raise and lower the flags is simple to install and easy to use. I fly 2 flags on my pole with no issues at all. It does make some noise in the wind when the metal rings hit the pole, but I actually kind of like it. It’s nostalgic, reminding me of simpler times when we could hear the flagpole from our elementary school classroom. Be careful to install your flagpole according to the manufacturers instructions and you will love this pole. Awesome warranty also!

This flagpole is super nice quality. Heavy gauge aluminum pole and the hardware is outstanding. Highly recommended.
