Straps are not durable
I've only gotten to use this twice and on the second use the one of the straps broke on me and the other one barely made it. I didn't even have much in it either. I just used it for my kiddos field trip lunch. Sad now I can't even return it since it's out of the return window.

Honestly not happy with this backpack cooler bag at all.
I have just recently purchased mine. I only use it at work to keep my water cold. It spends all of its time inside my van perfectly safe. I am shocked that a backpack cooler back that is supposed to be waterproof leaks this badly, but mine leaks water like a strainer! The only reason I did not return it was that I missed sending it back by one day. I was completely ripped off by this. Still trying to figure out what I will do with it, but I will not keep it; I will probably give it away.
