No internet connection
I couldn’t get an internet connection so I returned the item. I’m not great at technology so look at other reviews, it may be me doing something wrong.

a bit puzzled
works on my Samsung smart tv but there appears to be downloaded apps on it already. does this mean it is pre used. I thought I was purchasing a new item. I just wondered as not being familiar with this technology.

Works exactly as described. Straightforward to install, assuming that you have some understanding of the Samsung system. Came with instructions and a USB extender cable if needed. Good value.
