Great seatpost!
Great seatpost. On my hardtail, the carbon is much more comfortable than my aluminum post. Aluminum is extremely rigid.I needed a straight seatpost instead of my leanback one. This post me to put the seat further forward than my leanback seatpost did. This gives my cargo rack more room and gives me better weight distribution over the front tire, which gives me better handing in thick gravel, which I ride on patches of every day. Also puts me in a better pedaling position, I feel. The main thing I noticed is that the steering didn't tweak left and right as I pedaled like it used to. I guess because I'm sitting closer and not pulling on the steering. So that's more efficient (having the wheel straight when you pedal) and easier on the tires.I found conflicting information about what size seatpost I needed for my bike on the internet, but I learned that this is often written on the old seatpost, and luckily my old seatpost did have that information written on it at the bottom. This post is an exactly the size that I ordered and fits perfectly.Since my bike frame is a little big for me, I tend to have the seat post down pretty far, so I got the shortest one available (350mm length). It could also be cut a little shorter if you know what you're doing!I weighed it:With all the hardware, I believe the weight came to 214g (sorry I kinda forgot), compared to 350g for my aluminum seatpost with all hardware. While it does have 192g advertised weight, I guess it comes to 214g with all hardware. Fair warning. Still I believe it's the lightest seatpost in this price range and on Amazon. I used a magnet to determine that only the screws are steel.I took the opportunity to replace the "quick release" seatpost clamp with a lighter screw-on one, which will at least prevent the theft of the seat and post without tools.Unlike a lot of things I buy here, this item came in absolutely perfect condition, wrapped in plenty of protection. It has a nice gloss black that matches the other gloss black parts on my bike. I've installed it with some Finish Line brand "fiber grip" on the post so I don't have to torque the bolts down nearly as much, and that will allow a lot more grip in the seat tube without the seatpost clamp crushing the carbon fiber. I've read you're only supposed to apply fiber grip to either the post or inside the seat tube, not both. I opted to coat the post with a very thin layer, since it's hard to reach down into the seat tube.Keep in mind this fiber grip will make superficial, superfine scratches on the post - there is microfine glass in the gel - that's what gives it so much grip - so I recommend you know exactly where you want it before. Wrap some tape around it/compare it to your old one, or just start high and lower it as needed.

Surprisingly good, inexpensive
For the price I wasn't expecting such good quality. I purchased it to replace the aluminum stock seat post because of the better vibration dampening qualities of carbon. For that it works fine. The material is fairly thick and the weight savings is modest - for that you need to spend 5 times as much. The seat angle is infinitely adjustable and it stays where you put it, unlike most seat posts out there. Finally I am a heavy rider 235 lbs and this has held up to some punishing gravel rides. A great value. It looks great too with a glossy carbon finish.

Great value!
Great value! Light and sturdy. I’m a lighter rider so the strength of this post is plenty for a 160lbs rider but I don’t recall the rated capacity from the manufacturer. Not a big fan of the anchor for the seat rails but it works. Fortunately most people only have to set it up once.

Great value and lightweight seatpost
It’s a seatpost, pretty boring and holds the seat in place... but this one is light, affordable and does the job with no fuss and I’ve been pretty happy with it, even in comparison to far more expensive posts. I bought this for a lightweight project and it’s help up far better than I could have hoped, 100% recommended

Cheap
Used this product on my 2014 Fuji declaration fixie. Nice design and nice polish finish. Price was fair. Been riding on it for a month now and can’t complain.

Perfect
This was easy to install. I have a 26” Mongoose mountain bike that had the most uncomfortable seat to sit on, especially if you ride 5-20 miles at a time. Unfortunately, you couldn’t just replace the seat because it comes with one piece together. I had to get this post and a new comfortable seat to do my rides with.Best thing I did with this bike. My lady part isn’t hurting anymore, if you know what I mean.
