DIY Salon Manicures at Home!
Love, love, love. Started doing my nails at home during COVID so I had a UV nail lamp already. I tried gel polish but never used it because unlike at the nail salon, mine always peeled up. I just used regular polish, which I never let dry completely before moving on to a task that inevitably ruined the finish. Well, not anymore. Don’t skip the prep (that’s why your regular gel polish you do at home is probably peeling) and be patient your first time. You will figure out what size polish sticker you need for each of your nails. You will waste half of the first pack and maybe finish with a complex about the giant size of your nail beds but it’s worth it. I can eeek out two weeks before the growth is super noticeable (depending on the color) and there is zero chipping. The nail polish stickers are just sticky enough to grab onto your nail and the exposed side is not tacky or sticky at all. Once you file and shape and harden with the UV light you are done. No tacky polish that means you are sitting with your hands in the air trying not to touch anything for the next hour and no smell. I definitely recommend adding their top coat if you like a more glossy finish on your nails. Personally I thought they looked a little too matte and dull without the top coat. But again, once it’s set with with the UV light you are done. Compared to the salon the price is a no brainer. Compared to polish at home it is way easier and more foolproof. There is a learning curve but hang in there! I can get two full manicures out of a package with a few random extra left overs and because it’s so cheap I can be more adventurous in choosing a color and design. I love that I can match to my outfit for a special event and not feel guilty about what I spent. Plus there is no way any nail art I was doing at home looked anything close to this

Manicure- great price and good quality, last for 2 weeks!
Got so many compliments on these. They were great for Thanksgiving, Christmas time and New Years. I felt like the colors were festive enough for each of those holidays. I have found that ohora are pretty sticky if you prep the nail well according to the instructions on their website. They don't necessarily recommend roughing up the nail, but I have had them last longer when I do that. They last about 2 weeks. (They didn't fall off, my nails just grew out). You can get about 2 separate applications with the number of stickers in each packet, so about 1 months work of manicure for $12-$16. Seems worth it to me. There was a bit of a learning curve as far as trimming them and getting them right, so don't give up if you feel like they don't live up to expectations on the first try. I would say I had it down by the 3rd time.

Good adhesion but not as well as other I have used.
The strips don't fit my nail as well as other company's. They didn't last quite as long as the others either. However, they have so many colors and designs sometimes they are still worth purchasing and wearing even though I know they won't fit my nails quite as well or I will be changing them out sooner. I do not baby them though. I do wear gloves with dishes but did everything else normally. I have been able to stretch the strip a little to fit the widest part of my nail but I don't think they stick as well then.

Long lasting beautiful designs!
My favorite brand of semi cured nail strips! These have amazing staying power. I receive tons of compliments when I use them. Awesome designs, easy to use (follow the instructions!) I am a fan for life. Nail salon? Not this gal. Easy and fun! I am not being paid to write this! This is the honest truth from a plain Ole girl from Michigan.

Not a fan
Better off with color street nails. All the prep it takes for them to pop of the next day! NO!! I used the alcohol wipe that came with it, bought the base coat, top coat, and remover. The remover isn’t even necessary. The sizes for your nails are not very good for the price I pay. Definitely meant for bigger fingered people apparently.

Ohora "Wonderland" Darker than pictured and didn't last very long
I bought and tried the ohora Semi Cured Gel Nail Strips (N Pink Wonderland). They are darker than pictured on the box; I would describe the color as more of a medium mauve color, but they are still really pretty. They are thin but thick meaning they felt good and not too heavy or thick on my nails. Unfortunately, on day 3 one nail chipped...then within the first 5 days I had about 3 nails that had chipped and cracked. I was able to file down one, but I had to replace the others by day 7. They still looked better than if I had painted them myself though. I'm bummed they didn't last as long as I was hoping (I would have loved closer to two weeks) but they barley lasted 1 week.

Easiest Manicure Ever!
I love these nails! I have had these for two weeks now and they still look great. I am a stay-at-home mom of three and my hands are constantly in water (cleaning, cooking, etc) I haven’t had any lifting issues on the cuticle or the free edge. I looked at different tutorials online and came up with a good routine that I think definitely helped with retention. I pushed my cuticles and used a nail drill to gently buff dead skin and nails. Used alcohol pads to dehydrate nails and then cured each nail using a mini led lamp that looks like a flashlight with a jelly stamp on the end. You then push this jelly stamp onto your nail strip to ensure it cures and seals at the cuticle. I then cured on big lamp and sealed everything, including free edge with top coat.

Looks great and stays on!
Each set comes with individually covered nails tabs but DOES NOT COME WITH A CURING LIGHT***Box has 2 sets of semi cured stickers, nail file, cuticle stick and I used the nail file to clean up crooked nail ends. Pushed my cuticle back with the stick. The clean up prep wipes are used to wipe up your nails with alcohol.I used a light from another brand just fine.I measured the nail tabs to align with my finger nail base. Be careful to apply them on clean DRY NAILS!Cut the end with small scissors as close as you can to your desired length.Put 4 fingers underneath the light.Let sit for the length of the light.Let it harder and the cut further if wanted to your desired length .File and smooth ends down.*** wear gloves to do your dishes and while using alot of water ***
