I was really expecting a much larger pot. I will probably use all of it in one go. In my opinion this is expensive for its size. Not used it yet, so cannot comment on whether it relieved my arthritic pain. (I will update, once used). It has a potent menthol smell.Update : I have now used the cream and I was pleasently surprised, that it give me some relief from aches and pains, but not completely. The cream has a very smooth, light texture, with no sticky residue. The 30ml pot (see pictures) only lasted two days, thus at £6.99 it is expensive.
