The quality looks great.

All the zips are silver but the back zip is plain/cheap quality.its a faulty product because previously i used same bag in brown colour,all the zips are metallic but this time not satisfied with this.

Design of the Contact Bag is user friendly. However, poor workmanship causing the rear zipper fitment loose and wrinkled. Gives a sub-standard look and jerky zipper movement.
