the product not a durable. broke during second batch. did not appear to have any thing online that would be different with sturdiness or design.. all same design. bad product. wasted my time.

The gears are useless as they jump, pop and grind. There's grease that is under the plastic lid seal and it's disgusting. The lid is so thin that the lock ring that keeps the rod in place wore right through after 5 minutes of churning. The grip was drilled off center and at an angle so it would pinch and squeal like crazy. Not worth 1/10 the price and basically a jar with a fancy lid.

I really do not like to give negative reviews. I was very excited to use this as I was starting to make butter.This literally fell a part on the first use.Amazon was very good about returning it. Sadly, I would not recommend this product.

Was not very happy with this. The first time we used it, when it got to whip cream stage the gears were grinding pretty bad.

I didn't even get a chance to try making butter. The gears constantly slip apart. I even tried to tighted everything with a screwdriver, but that didn't help. Disappointed!

I like the product but the little nut that holds the handle in place is missing and I sure would appreciate it if you sent me a new one

I bought this for my adult daughter for Christmas. She used it for the first time today and it broke. You'd be better off throwing your money in the trash as it's too late for a return. Ugh!
