it was used for a gift at a baby shower, but the reception just give birth on may 18 2023 and just started to use the bag only to discover the zipper of the main compartment is defective. she only bring it to my attention yesterday. will there be any thing that can be done in terms of a replacement of the item seeing that the zipper is defective.
