Has done zero to help with any kind of weight loss, fat burning, appetite curbing or energy level increases. In other words completely useless! This is second one I’ve tried and I think I’m actually gaining weight and getting bigger using these gummies! Don’t waste your money!

One of the most surprising things about the (2 Pack) Xtreme Fit Keto ACV Gummies is that there are people that don't like the way they taste. I love the way these taste. I'm not particularly adventurous in my taste buds and I don't like a lot of tastes that other people like. These Apple Cider Gummies are delicious. I have to admit I am somebody who is partial to the taste of vinegar. But my husband, who likes vinegar a whole lot less than I do, also likes the taste of these. To me they are refreshing, maybe a bit like biting into a tart Granny Smith or Pippin apple.It's not just the taste of these that I find beneficial. I am chronically constipated; I have been for years. Since I've been taking these, I am much more regular. I have made no other changes to my diet or anything else that could logically explain the fact that I am more regular since I started taking these. And in case you're wondering, no, these don't work like a laxative. There is no urgency. I am just more regular than I've been in a very long time.The directions say to take no more than two a day, and to take them between meals. Taking them between meals is supposed alleviate hunger. I really haven't been taking these for weight loss, but I also don't eat because I'm hungry. I'm not sure if I've noticed feeling less hungry between meals. But I also haven't noticed ever feeling hungry at all. I think if you're trying to lose weight these could be worth a try.If you're constipated, this helped me, so, it may help you. I can't attest to all the health benefits ACV is supposed to deliver. All I can say is, I've noticed a positive response in my own digestive system. I feel like this has definitely made a difference to me. I wasn't expecting anything from these gummies. I had no expectations at all. I tend to be a bit skeptical, in general. The fact that I found these to be beneficial, makes me think they might work for other people too, even people like me, that have no expectations at all. The price is reasonable and you won't know if this will have a positive impact on your life, or not, unless you give it a try.

Love the taste. But, I do love the taste of the apple cedar vinegar. In these gummies it is not overwhelming but it is there, so if you are not a fan for ACV then you might no find it that much tasty like me.Low in carb makes it good for keto diet. It does curb the appetite, if you take it a little bit before your meal. I tried without meal, it does not curbs - instead it makes me hungry. Note to self, use it only before food.It is a supplement, so handle it as a supplement. Will not get any results if it is not followed with diet/meal plan.

Feels just like candy gummies. We had a lot of different brand original apple cider vinegar in gummies and this one is the weirdest one. Feel and taste just like any candy gummy. Also they are changing or creating different labels of this same product like crazy, I've already saw 5 of them, different color, same product, probably because of bad reviews, and trying to get rid of the product asap.Can't recommend.

These sure do taste good, but they have done absolutely nothing for me. 0. Stop eating processed foods and eat fat burning foods. The internet gives a good list of them. I’m slowly loosing weight doing this.

We tried another brand of ACV gummies and liked them so we figured we would branch out.Of the two different brands, they both had different additional additives for other things. This brand touts a shark supplement to attack belly fat. As I am not a "believer" in supplements that are supposed to help you lose weight, I will not speak to that. All I can tell you is that I have been on a personal weight loss journey to shed my "Pandemic Pudge" and even if they are not helping, they are not hurting in the same breath.The real reason we got them is that ACV touts aiding in digestion. My wife and I fully believe this to be true. I seem to be much more regular in my bathroom schedule while taking ACV in either gummy we have tried. That in itself could contribute to not gaining weight to some extent. Or, am I wrong in that thought?Anyway, we believe they help us and we are all about homeopathic medicines for basic health maintenance. We do not believe any homeopathic product is a cure for ailments, but do assist the body with certain functions or issues. For example, I take a prostate supplement that works just as well as the expensive prescriptions I used to take.We feel these are a benefit to us and will continue to take ACV in some shape or form. We do recommend this brand as it does help us with digestion as described above.We hope that if you venture to try them, you will have positive results as well and if on a weight loss journey we hope they help with that as well.We recommend.

I have to swallow these whole like a pill so i don’t have to taste them.
