Really poor quality, none of them actually bounce and appear flat. Avoid.

Limp, Hollow Balls – No Fun on the Court... or for Dogs!
You get what you pay for with these. If you're new to tennis or cricket and thinking of getting these balls to start, be prepared for very short matches. The tennis balls are poorly made, with almost no bounce and a hollow, cheap feel—making them unsuitable for any serious practice or play. I bought them for my miniature Cockapoo, and even for him, they didn’t last long. He chewed through and destroyed the entire pack in under a week. Plus, even he would prefer a bit more bounce in his balls!

Nice quality.
I bought these for my dog as she loves to fetch a ball. Good bounce.They are good quality and she hasn't chewed any up or pulled off any felt covering.
