The Bulb Cam is of good quality and sturdy. Very easy to install and the picture, video and audio quality is clear and crisp. It took me only a few minutes to install and it connects to WIFI 5G or 2.5G for extended area. The brand is good and the price is very competitive compared to the other high value Cams available in the market. The functions advertised is all working good. No battery involved as its thru DC.

I had ring cameras in our home. I was at first not sure about buying Jennov cameras, not to mention the bulb style cameras. Since the price of cameras was just perfect, I took a chance to buy the pack of two. The cameras are build well and sturdy. Setting them up was a breeze. Their app was excellent. Since they are bulb cameras there was no need to pull any long cable for power. To my surprise the picture quality is crystal clear. The cameras are not fixed like Ring, it moves with the object in focus. You can move the camera lens with the app also. Excellent product which is correctly priced.I needed some information on SD cards and the customer service was excellent.Good product worth a try

These are very nice and were inexpensive as a pair.PROSThey do the job, for the most part. They track and follow subjects, and give a very nice video of what they looked at.They're not unattractive in their sockets. Would recommend the white ones, however, as the black ones stand out.Work with Alexa but haven't found much value to that at this time.They're quiet and have features that are attractive, such as lights and sirens that can be turned on, though there are limitations.CONSWell, it wasn't until they were up that I realized any yahoo who doesn't want to have been recorded can simply come up, unscrew the camera bulb, and walk off with it. Of course, taking the SD card with them.Cannot figure out how to delete individual videos. Seems you have to reformat the SD card and delete all. There are download options for videos, haven't gotten that far yet as just installed them.They push you toward the cloud. We only want local videos and the SD card records to it, but haven't figured out how to make the videos record longer, though it's on 24/7. There is an area in the software that seems to be holding a zillion vids. Not usre how that works yet, but it wants you to go to the cloud for enhance activity with them. We don't want anything cloud.Finally, thought of returning them because of the negatives herein, but will keep them up until someone steals one of them. Then will likely get a pair that does not have the SD card installed in the camera light unit, but has a base or some other arrangement for storing. Can endure the push to the cloud subscription nags, but will not be taking advantage of them.For the price and some nice features, they're great for a first time attempt, even fun to experience. As is, however, they are solely intended to dissuade thieves and intruders, not to stop them.

We recently purchased this unit, and it has been up and running for over a month. We also have an older Jennov model that does not have the new AI human-detection feature.I reviewed the older unit previously and it is still a fabulous security camera which continues to work well and without any issue. This led me to get this latest Jennov unit for a second location and I am happy to share this model checks all the boxes that the other unit did and is even better given the additional features and upgraded App. What’s more, we now have a black camera in a black fixture and a white one in a white fixture so there’s an aesthetic choice if that of relevance.Installation: Still easy and it only takes a few minutes if done near your WIFI router – tip, use the provided US outlet adapter during configuration or simply use a lamp socket should that work better for you.Motion Detection/AI: Improved granularity for configuring detection & exclusion (privacy) areas and the AI human-detect feature is excellent. Fun to watch and play with for sure but we chose to turn off the auto-human(face) tracking/positioning feature. We thought some people may find it a little creepy to have a camera at the door visibly auto-pan and rotate to track people. Even with ‘tracking’ turned off, the AI human-detection capabilities (within the selected field of view) can be used to further enhance detection/notification capabilities without making guests feel paranoid by a camera ‘following’ them.Pre-sets: Now there are now 6 basic positions you can ‘bookmark’ to view at the click of a button - the older unit had a very satisfactory 4 but of course we now use all 6.Two separate purchases to consider that may make further improve your experience and satisfaction…• A MicroSD card (up to 128GB). Great for continuous recording and in this mode will overwrite starting with the earliest recordings once all space has been used – but that takes a while, even in HD mode. Card can be set to be written too only when motion triggers the device or manual command is given. There is also a Cloud service you can sign-up for that provides extra storage and access capabilities.• E26/E27 (essentially the same size) Light-bulb extension sockets – depending upon your application – these may be useful so that your fixture does not obstruct the camera portion at the bottom of the unit. Our lamp fixture was small so there was a bit of a blind-spot for us before installing an extender between the light-fixture socket and the camera to permit unobstructed viewing.Love the camera, the quality of the picture and all the features - it does everything you need it do and then a few things you probably didn’t realize you will like/want also.
