Good Results - Finally Found Something That Works!
I'm male in my late 30's. On my fourth bottle of this product so all together I have been using it for just over three months.I first became conscious of what I thought was an unusual amount of hair loss around a year ago – eg when washing hair and on bed pillow in the morning. I'm pretty sure it wasn't an overnight thing, just gradual and it didn't seem to calm down.I’ve tried two other products for a total of around five months without any noticeable results. One was a caffeine shampoo by Alopcin which had good reviews and the other was a spray bought on Ebay (... I know ). I had a gap of about three weeks before I began using this product (MINOX-ve).Ordering and receivingEach of my orders arrived fast - by the second day (my first order from Amazon was my third bottle). Like my first two orders it arrived recorded delivery in a strong plain brown tube without any marketing or branded franking which I like. The product is in a small sealed clear packet with a warning label and a leaflet with instructionsHow I’ve been using itAt first I stuck religiously to the instructions applying once a day in the evening but admit I’ve missed the odd few occasion when working away from home etc.Application is straight forward, just spray on affected area and rub in. I apply to all areas of my head as I didn’t seem to be losing hair from a specific area, so about 6 – 8 squirts each time for me.I experience a cool tingling sensation on my scalp almost immediately and this can be quite strong but it wears off after about 10 mins. It tingles more after shampooing I’ve noticed. I think all this is due to the menthol that’s in it. I like this. It reassures me that this product is actually doing something.Positives...My hair loss reduced very quickly. Before my first bottle ran dry I’d noticed a marked improvement when rinsing away shampoo – not nearly as many hairs travelling toward the plug hole! It's not returned. I'm aiming to reduce use to once every every two days then hopefully three, four etc.The product has a menthol / medicated smell and it is alcohol based so it smells kind of surgical too which I like. As mentioned I like the feeling it creates but this might not be for everyone- I wouldn’t like to say.Negatives...Small bottle size – just 30ml a three month supply? Would be better.Overall…I did think it was expensive when I saw the bottle size but then after months with no results from cheaper products I’m quite happy to pay for something that works for me. Looking back I wonder how much longer it would have been before the hair I was losing would have been noticeable to others so I'm glad to have found something that resolved the issue.

Misleading Name, No Results
Plays on the Minoxidil name by claiming to be free of one of the few ingredients proven to give results. As such, noticed nothing. Just buy the real thing

Encouraging results
Firstly the item was delivered within 48hrs from ordering which is very positive.Been using the formula for 3 weeks now and I started noticing that my hair fall has significantly reduced which is great news! The product leaves a pleasant warming sensation to the scalp after its application. I will carry on using it as first signs seem very encouraging :)

Unsure
I have not seen a difference to my hair growth using this product and that is after buying twice, i.e., four bottles. As they are not cheap, I doubt I will purchase again. The presence of alcohol, in the formular, gives a cool and tingling sensation when sprayed on the scalp. However, this alone is not evidence that it is actually provoking hair growth.

Very pleased - 3rd bottle so far.
I'd begun to notice more hairs than usual disappearing into the plughole when I showered, so I decided to do something before it was too late! I had my scalp checked at a clinic and learned that I have telogen effluvium (I think). It's difficult to keep track of how much hair you're losing, especially when you keep it pretty short, but I was certain that things were getting worse.A quick bit of research on the internet (I know, Dr Google!) told me that sometimes my condition can last a long time, other times it can be treatable and reversible so I decided to take control and do my best. Hence me buying this Minox product (and some other stuff). It's easy enough to use just a matter of getting into the ritual, keeping the product handy and remembering to use it. I like the cool sensation it creates for a few minutes after application, and the menthol smell which is refreshing.I thought it would be unreasonable to expect quick results, but was quite impressed to notice a definite slow down in the amount of hairs I was losing after about six or seven weeks. The improvement has been a mild surprise but a good one!.I am also taking the MINOX-ve Micronutrients supplement (one a day) and using the same brand shampoo too which, although pricey, I do actually prefer over the T-Gel brand I used prior. Every little helps, as they say, and a bottle of shampoo does last a long time with my short hair. It's an affordable luxury with the added benefit of helping me keep hold of my hair!Originally I bought from the minox-ve website but as I am running out will definitely reorder soon, and Amazon is just too easy. I also found the product to be a slightly better price on Amazon so will purchase from here in future.I'll update the review if there's any significant change for me, but for now I am very pleased.

BUYER BEWARE
Bogus product which doesn’t even indicate the country of origin or manufacture, I looked for the key ingredients which appear to be just as bogus according to Google “propylenum glycorum” and the lesser known “methyl nicotinicum” don’t exist although I did find some cedar oil and water, neither of which appear on the FDA,s approved list of ingredients for hair loss products. They also try to associate the name with Minoxidil and then inform in the small print it’s minoxidil free, so I conclude a mix of alcohol, water , cedar oil and a few more useless ingredients will not promote hair growth
