My nearly 15 y/o peke/cairn mix has a myriad of age related health issues, one of which is that he can barely walk 5 steps at a time since Winter set in. Received this pet laser Sunday & charged it up. Used it on ST medium Sun night, then 3 times Mon ST high about 15 min each time. Today, Tues, I used the DT med twice and the ST high twice for about 15 min each. He absolutely feels the effects of the light during use and sleeps comfortably after I use it on him. I can already see results. He's walking around more and his stability/footing is getting better. Hopefully this will help stimulate his muscles and we'll be able to take short walks again and he'll be able to manage the 3 stair steps in & out of the house again soon. My fingers are crossed and I am hopeful this will help alleviate his pain for his remaining time with us.

This product came with no directions on use to begin with. It has now stopped working in less than 1 year. Will not even turn on at all even after plugging charger overnight. Do not buy!

This is easy to operate right out of the box. I can only hope it is easing my pups’ pain as they both still limp. Perhaps if I used it more often.

The box it comes in only says made in China. With some nice pictures. But product has no contact information if you have any questions. The guide they included has lots of information but still does not provide w website or phone number for questions. Guide does not even say how to use the product on your pet. Ie keep in 1 spot or move it over the area

I have used red light therapy for myself in the past with good results so when my dog started exhibiting symptoms of arthritis it was one of the first things I looked for. This type of therapy needs to be used on a consistent basis for best results, it is not a one and done treatment. I began 10 minutes twice daily on his hips and knees for a 2 weeks before dropping down to once a day, then 3 days a week. He has shown improvement, he is walking around the house more and chasing after the other pets in the home. The device itself is very easy to use, push a button to turn it on and another button to adjust the time if needed. It only takes about an hour to completely recharge and it is comfortable to hold. My dog doesn't mind at all, I usually pull it out when he's napping on the couch but if he is awake he makes no move to leave and doesn't resist. Pretty sure he doesn't feel anything at all other than the device on his skin. It stays cool throughout the treatment. I highly recommend this to supplement any pain regimen you have your pets on.

I purchased this for my dog. Yesterday as I finished I rested the unit on my leg as I shut it off and it burned 2 little holes in my leggings! Granted they are nylon but it doesn’t seem safe to use on my dog anymore!

**Purchased less than a Month ago**The product and its functions are excellent - but after a few treatments on my GSD Mix, I am now smelling burning hair/fur every time I attempt to do a treatment. I am now forced to cease these extremely beneficial treatments, as the product is far TOO HIGH OF A RISK to continue using on my precious companion!!
